TIRE WITH IMPROVED BEAD STRUCTURE
A pneumatic radial tire having a bead portion provided therein with a bead core, and a first layer of a plurality of sheath wires surrounding the bead core, and a second layer formed of a plurality of sheath wires surrounding the first layer, wherein the second layer of shear wires has a diameter less than the sheath wires of the first layer.

NON-PNEUMATIC TIRE
A non-pneumatic tire and rim assembly having a wheel having a first and second bead ring, wherein the non-pneumatic tire has a crown region and a first and second sidewall region; wherein the first and second sidewall regions each extend from the crown and terminate into a first and second respective bead area, wherein the first and second bead area are each mounted on the first and second bead ring, respectively; wherein each bead area is located axially outward of the crown region of the non-pneumatic tire when mounted on the wheel, and wherein the non-pneumatic tire further includes a reinforcement ply which extends from the first bead area to the second bead area.
Bias tire
A bias tire includes two or more carcass layers, at least one belt disposed outward from the carcass layers in a tire radial direction, a reinforcing rubber layer disposed between carcass plies included in a carcass layer of the carcass layers. A belt width of a widest belt with the widest width of the belts is 110% or more and 150% or less of a tread developed width, and a position of an upper end portion of the reinforcing rubber layer located outward in the tire radial direction is apart 3 mm or more from an end portion of the widest belt.

Pneumatic tire and mold for vulcanization-molding same
A pneumatic tire has a turned-up carcass ply and a non-turnup carcass ply. The turned-up carcass ply is turned up around bead cores in respective bead portions from the inside to outside of the tire so as to form a pair of turned up portions extending radially outwardly on the axially outsides of the respective bead cores, and a main portion extending between the turned up portions. The non-turnup carcass ply extends between the bead portions and terminates to have edges positioned on the axially outsides of the respective turned up portions. The bead portions are each provided on its outer surface with vent lines protruding therefrom and extending continuously in the tire circumferential direction. The vent lines include a radially outer vent line formed radially outside the edges of the non-turnup carcass ply, and a radially inner vent line formed radially inside the edges of the non-turnup carcass ply.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
A pneumatic tire according to the present disclosure includes a pair of bead cores, a carcass ply including a main body positioned between the bead cores and a turn-up portion connected to the main body and formed by turning up around each bead core from inside to outside in a tire width direction, a cover rubber covering the main body of the carcass ply and an outer side of the turn-up portion in the tire width direction and configuring a tire outer surface, and a reinforcement layer located inward from the tire outer surface of the cover rubber and covering an outer side, in the tire width direction, of at least a portion of the turn-up portion of the carcass ply. The reinforcement layer is configured by a non-woven fabric including metal fibers or a rubber sheet material having metal fibers embedded therein.
TIRE, TIRE MOLD, AND TIRE PRODUCTION METHOD
A tire includes a tread, a pair of sidewalls, a pair of beads, and a carcass. Each bead includes a core and an apex. In the tire in the normal state, a ratio (HA/HS) of a distance HA in a radial direction from a bead base line to an outer end PA of the apex to a tire cross-sectional height HS may not be less than 20% and/or may not be greater than 30%, and an angle of a line segment connecting between the outer end PA of the apex and a center PM of a width, in an axial direction, of a contact surface of the apex at which the apex is in contact with the core, relative to the bead base line, may not be less than 45° and/or may not be greater than 55°.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
Included in a pneumatic tire are a tread extending in a circumferential direction and having an annular shape, sidewalls disposed on both sides of the tread, and beads disposed on an inner side of the sidewalls in a radial direction. A bead filler is disposed on an outer circumference of a bead core of each of the beads, a carcass layer is mounted between the beads, a reinforcing layer formed of an organic fiber cord is adjacent to an outer side of the bead filler in a width direction, a height of an upper end of the reinforcing layer is equal to or greater than a height of an upper end of the bead filler, and a transponderis between a position of an outer side in the radial direction by 15 mm from an upper end of the bead core and the upper end of the reinforcing layer.
