Motor vehicle
A motor vehicle (10, 100) with a chassis (20, 120), a plurality of wheels (12, 14, 16, 18) with pneumatic tyres (14a) and an on-board compressed air system (40, 140) for supplying pneumatic operating devices of motor vehicle (10, 100), includes at least one brake circuit (44) and/or one air suspension system (46), an emergency system (60, 160) for temporary pressurisation of the tyres in the event of a flat tyre, including compressed air connections (62, 64, 66, 68; 162, 164, 166, 168) installed permanently on the motor vehicle, each one having a flexible compressed air hose (70) for connection with a tyre valve (14b) and may be stored entirely in the motor vehicle (10, 100) and extracted from it in the event of a flat tyre, and which is supplied by the on-board compressed air system (40, 140).
Track system
A track system for use with a vehicle includes an attachment assembly connectable to the chassis of the vehicle having a multi-pivot assembly having a first pivot extending longitudinally and defining a roll pivot axis, and a second pivot extending laterally and defining a pitch pivot axis. A frame assembly is disposed laterally outwardly from the attachment assembly and connected thereto. The frame assembly includes at least one wheel-bearing frame member. The track system further includes at least one actuator connected between the attachment assembly and the frame assembly for pivoting the frame assembly about the roll pivot axis, a leading idler wheel assembly, a trailing idler wheel assembly, at least one support wheel assembly, and an endless track.
Bi-directional air delivery system
An air delivery system is operable to on-board compressed air to an associated work vehicle from an associated or auxiliary source such as for example an external large compressor or air storage tank for assisting a tire inflation system (TIS) of the associated work vehicle to expedite tire inflation particularly when transitioning to a desired raised tire pressure, and is further operable to off-board compressed air from a compressor of the TIS system on-board the associated work vehicle for delivery from the TIS to an associated or external compressed air consuming device such as an implement attached with the associated work vehicle or the like. A bi-directional air delivery retrofit kit provides on-boarding and off-boarding of an extra-vehicular compressed air product relative to an associated work vehicle. A dual source air delivery system provides pressurized air to an air storage device from on-board and off-board pressurized air sources.

AIR INDUCTION SYSTEM FOR A WHEEL BASED SELF INFLATION TIRE SYSTEM
An air induction system for filtering a compressible fluid to an electromechanical component mounted on a wheel of a vehicle. The system may make use of a first plurality of float valves arranged in series in a non-linear first flowpath path, with at least one of the float valves forming an inlet for intaking the compressible fluid into the first flowpath, and one being in communication with an inlet of the electromechanical component. Each of the float valves may have a buoyant float valve element therein which is responsive to change position when submerged in water, to close off its respective float valve depending on an angular orientation of the wheel, and thus an angular orientation of the float valve.
SELECTABLE TIRE PRESSURE SYSTEM IN-WHEEL
In one aspect the present disclosure relates to an in-wheel tire pressure system for use with a rim of a wheel of a vehicle. The system may comprise a fluid storage area formed in the rim for holding a quantity of compressible fluid suitable for inflating a tire mounted on the rim, and a micro-compressor mounted on the rim for pressurizing the fluid storage area with the compressible fluid. A wireless electrical charging subsystem may also be included for powering the micro-compressor. The wireless electrical charging system may incorporate a first component associated with the rim and rotatable with the rim, and a second component fixedly mounted to a portion of the vehicle closely adjacent the first component. The system may also include a control for enabling user control over the micro-compressor.
