Linked tread apparatus for improved performance on loose surfaces
A tread link assembly is provided for improving the performance of a wheel on loose surfaces. The tread assembly includes a plurality of linked plates forming a circuit around the outer circumference of the wheel. The linked plates include first and second linking structures and releasable fasteners for linking adjacent plates together. The together the plates create a tread surface that is wider than the axial width of the wheel.
Wheel Traction Assembly
A wheel traction assembly for enhancing traction of a vehicle that is stuck includes a pair of gripping units and the gripping units are movably coupled together. Each of the gripping units is selectively positioned on a tire of a vehicle when the vehicle is stuck. Moreover, each of the gripping units tapers to at least one point to frictionally engage the ground when the tire is rotated. In this way the gripping units enhance traction when the vehicle is stuck. A pair of retention units is provided and each of the retention units is coupled to the pair of gripping units. Each of the retention units is removably attached to the tire thereby retaining the pair of gripping units on the tire.

MOUNTABLE CLEAT APPARATUS
There is disclosed a cleat apparatus mountable on a track of a tractor or similar vehicle. In an embodiment, the apparatus comprises an elongate frame having a first mounting bracket at a first end of the elongate frame, the first mounting bracket adapted to latch onto a first side of a track, and a removable second mounting bracket adapted to mount to a second end of the elongate frame, and to latch onto a second side of the track. The cleat apparatus is secured in position by the mounting brackets to provide additional traction for the track in more extreme operating conditions, including snow and ice in winter. This may significantly extend the utility of tractors which otherwise may sit idle during winter months.
Apparatus and method for increasing the traction of vehicle wheels
A tire traction device can include a strap configured to extend around at least a portion of a vehicle tire; and a traction plate. The traction plate can have a lower surface adapted to sit on a circumferential portion of the vehicle tire, an upper surface opposite to the lower surface, a channel configured to receive the strap, and one or more paddles extending upward from the upper surface. Other features, embodiments, and kits, and related methods are also described.

ESCAPE DEVICE FOR SELF-RESCUE IN CASE OF AUTO TYRE BEING TRAPPED IN PIT
Disclosed is an escape device for self-rescue in the case of an auto tyre being trapped in a pit, comprising a central positioning device, at least one tyre claw and a jacking device. The central positioning device is positioned and mounted at a central position of spokes of a tyre. The tyre claw and the central positioning device are fitted to each other and are clamped onto the tyre. The jacking device and the tyre claw are fitted to each other. The jacking device is further provided with a jacking head in contact with the pit ground. The jacking head protrudes out of an external rim of the tyre. The escape device can carry out effective rescue for trapped tyres, is convenient and fast to assemble and disassemble, saves time and energy, improves driving safety, and reduces the occurrence of accidents.
Tire anti-slip device
To obtain a tire anti-slip device including an anti-slip body having a tread portion making contact with the ground, inner and outer link portions formed to protrude respectively from the tread portion to the tire inner and outer sides, and a tightener configured to tightly fit the body to the tire, and can prevent removal of the body from the tire inner or outer side direction in the tightener operation so that the tire anti-slip device can be mounted to a tire optimum position with a simple manipulation, a wire guide portion capable of guiding the tightening wire in the body width direction is formed in a position of one end portion of the body, and one end position (of the wire guide member) and the other end position of the body approach each other in both positions of the inner and outer link portions by tightening the tightening wire.

Tire grip enhancing assembly
A tire grip enhancing assembly includes a covering for removably positioning on a tire. The covering comprises a flexible material and has a first lateral wall, a second lateral wall and a perimeter wall that is attached to and extends between the first and second lateral walls. Each of the first and second lateral walls has an annular opening extending therethrough. A plurality of raised members is attached to and extends away from the perimeter wall. A pair of bands is provided. Each the annular opening has a perimeter edge has one of the bands attached thereto. Each band is comprised of a resiliently stretchable material.
