The at least two valve bodies are respectively disposed on the main body and each of the at least two valve bodies has an inlet air passage connected to one of the transfer air passages of the main body. The at least two valves are respectively attached to each of the at least two valve bodies.
BALL AND SOCKET ARTICULATING TPM SENSOR
A tire monitoring apparatus comprises a sensor housing having a connection part integrated with the sensor housing, the connection part having an elongated opening and a corresponding mounting feature in a wheel rim, wherein a screw extends through the elongated opening and connects with the corresponding mounting feature in the wheel rim, thereby when the screw is not tightened fully, the sensor housing can be rotated with respect to the corresponding mounting feature in the wheel rim, and when the screw is tightened fully, the sensor housing is secured in place and does not rotate with respect to the corresponding mounting feature in the wheel rim.
Valve stem hole tire seating device
Briefly, the present invention relates, in one embodiment, to an air channeling apparatus for sealing a tubeless tire on a corresponding wheel rim. The air channeling apparatus may have a supply end and an insertion end opposite the supply end. The supply end may be directly or indirectly connected to an air supply that supplies pressurized air. The air channeling apparatus is further sized to be inserted through the valve stem hole of a wheel rim. An inner surface of the air channeling apparatus includes threads that can thread onto a valve stem of the wheel. At least one opening in the air channeling apparatus may blast pressurized air into the space between the wheel rim and the tubeless tire.
INFLATION SYSTEM FOR TUBELESS TIRES
An inflation system for tubeless bicycle tires may include a valve, a sealant canister, a pump head, and/or a valve core adapter. The valve, sealant canister, and pump head may collectively facilitate sealant injection into a tire by a user. The valve has an external valve seat, and includes a valve body, a valve stem extending through the length of the valve body, and a retaining mechanism for the valve stem disposed interior to the valve body. The valve stem is configured to move relative to the valve body, such that a resilient seating surface disposed at a proximal end of the valve stem is displaced relative to a valve seat formed by an exterior surface of a proximal end of the valve body.
Valve stem made of thermoplastic material
The present invention relates to a tire valve, in particular a bicycle tire valve, comprising a tubular stem, where the stem consists of a composition (Z1) comprising a thermoplastic (P1) and comprising a filler (F1), and also to a valve stem for the production of a tire valve, where the valve stem is tubular and consists of a composition (Z1) comprising a thermoplastic (P1) and comprising a filler (F1). The present invention further relates to the use of the valve of the invention for the production of a molding comprising an inflatable tube section, in particular an inner tube for a tire, and also to the use of the valve of the invention for the production of a tubeless bicycle tire.
Configurable valve stem assembly
A valve stem assembly for a tire includes a removable grommet of a plurality of grommets having different shapes and sizes. The removable grommets allow the valve stem assembly to be used on a variety of rims. Each grommet fits into distinct holes within the rims. The valve stem assembly also includes a valve stem body that receives the removable grommets and an attachment end that encloses a valve core within the valve stem body. A cap may cover the valve core and attachment end.
TIRE VALVE ASSEMBLY
A tire valve assembly is disclosed. The tire valve assembly includes a gas nozzle structure, a movable rod, an air pipe, an elastic close contact pad, a screw nut, an elastic O-ring and a dust cap. The tire valve assembly can use a punched hole on the end of the movable rod to receive the tire repair liquid flowing into the air pipe. Take out the movable rod during maintenance to remove the tire repair liquid in the punched hole. When the movable rod is reinstalled in the air pipe, the tire repair liquid remaining on the inner wall of the air pipe will also be squeezed out of the air pipe. With this, the tire repair liquid will no longer block the tire valve assembly.
Grooved valve stems for wheel-side installation
Described are valve stems for wheels or other pressure vessels that may be installed from the exterior of a wheel or pressure vessel without access to the interior, pressure retaining areas. The valve stem may include a body with a barrel and taper. A neck may be between the body and a base that includes a flange, a flange landing, and an air aperture. An air channel runs vertically through the valve stem to allow air to pass from one side of the valve stem to another with a valve core or other flow control device. The base of the valve stem may include a groove that allows the valve stem to be installed into a hole by twisting such that the groove may ride along the rim of the hole and guide the valve stem into a fully seated and sealed position.
Valve for tubeless tires
The invention is directed to a valve stem system (1) for tubeless wheels. The valve stem system (1) includes a valve stem body (2) with a first end (3) and a second end (4), wherein the second end (4) is located in a tire/rim-volume when mounted at the wheel. A first valve (5) is arranged at the second end (4) of the valve stem body (2). The first valve (5) is a self-sealing one-way valve. A second valve (10) is removably mountable at the first end (3) and is, when mounted, at least partially housed in the valve stem body (2). The second valve (10) comprises a valve stem core inserted in the valve stem body (2) and can be added or removed from the valve stem body (2) while pressure is maintained within the tire by the first valve (5). The invention further concerns a probe (30) for a valve stem system, a method to test the amount of sealant in a wheel and a refilling assembly (80) for a wheel.
Coupling and a valve assembly for tubeless tires, and related fitting method
A coupling for valve assemblies, for tubeless tires, includes an enclosure arranged to cover a rigid rim of a vehicle, to delimit a substantially tubular compartment, filled with gas under pressure. The coupling has a first element and a second element crossed respectively by a first through channel, threaded internally, and by a second through channel. The second element cooperates with a valve for the selective closure of the second channel. The first element rests on an internal surface of the rim, which can be activated following its hermetic insertion, from the inside of the compartment. The second element rests on an external surface of the rim, which can be activated following the hermetic screwing, from the outside of the compartment, of a threaded stem of the second element in the first channel, with consequent alignment between the channels to connect the compartment to the outside.
