Rod-end front suspension
A rod-end front suspension is provided for an off-road vehicle. The rod-end front suspension comprises a spindle assembly that is pivotally coupled with an upper suspension arm by way of a first rod-end joint and pivotally coupled with a lower suspension arm by way of a second rod-end joint. A steering rod-end joint coupled with the spindle assembly pivotally receives a steering rod. An axle assembly coupled with the spindle assembly conducts torque from a transaxle to a wheel coupled with the spindle assembly. Each of the first and second rod-end joints comprises a ball rotatably retained within a casing. The ball is fastened within a recess between parallel prongs extending from the spindle assembly. A threaded shank extending from the casing is threadably fixated with the suspension arm, such that the spindle assembly may be moved with respect to the casing and the suspension arm.
FIXING SYSTEM FOR ROCKER ARMS
A fixing system for a rocker arm of a vehicle suspension has a threaded rod having a first thread, a second thread and a locking cavity. The fixing system has a first cam, integral for rotation with the threaded rod by shape-fitting coupling, a second cam integral for rotation with the threaded rod by shape-fitting coupling, a first nut, screwed onto the first thread to lock position of the first cam, and a second nut, screwed onto the second thread to lock position of the second cam and having a locking portion having a circumferential groove and a positioning hole passing through the circumferential groove. An elastic clip shaped as an open ring is accommodated in the circumferential groove for retaining a pin in the positioning hole. In a screwed position of the second nut, the pin fits into the locking cavity and locks the position of the second nut.

RADIUS ROD BRACE PLATE
A brace plate assembly for a vehicle with a top right radius rod fastened to the chassis with a fastener, a top left radius rod fastened to the chassis, a middle right radius rod fastened to the chassis, a middle left radius rod fastened to the chassis, a bottom right radius rod fastened to the chassis and a bottom left radius rod fastened to the chassis, the brace assembly including a top plate coupled with the top right and left radius rods to the chassis, a bottom plate coupled with the bottom right and left radius rods to the chassis, and a bridge plate coupled with the middle right and left radius rods to the chassis and wherein the bridge plate is coupled to the top plate and the bottom plate.
Golf cart front suspension lift kit
A front suspension lift kit for a golf cart includes first and second beams mountable to a frame of the golf cart. A first strut is mountable to the frame of the golf cart and a distal end portion of the first beam such that the first strut extends between the frame of the golf cart and the first beam. A second strut is mountable to the frame of the golf cart and a distal portion of the second beam such that the second strut extends between the frame of the golf cart and the second beam. A support bracket is mountable to the first and second beams at the distal end portions of the first and second beams. The lift kit also includes a swing arm, a spindle bracket, and a coil-over shock.

Stop washer for an elastomeric bearing, elastomeric bearing and subframe for a vehicle
A stop washer for an elastomeric bearing is manufactured as a single unit from a sheet metal blank and furnished with a surface protection. In addition to its function as a path limiter, it has at least one of the following functions by a structure integrated into the forming process of the sheet metal blank, namely the function of a thread and/or anti-rotation protection. Furthermore, an elastomeric bearing with such a stop washer and a subframe equipped therewith are conceivable.
Suspension system having rebound control for a vehicle
A vehicle suspension system for a vehicle having a body supported on a frame includes a first suspension component having a surface and a bracket cantilevered from the surface, a second suspension component including a surface portion, and a spring element mounted to one of the bracket and the surface portion of the second suspension component. Interaction between the spring element and the another of the bracket and the surface portion of the second suspension component limits upward travel of the body of the vehicle.
