A quint configuration fire apparatus includes a chassis, a body assembly coupled to the chassis and having a storage area configured to receive a ground ladder and a fire hose, a pump coupled to the chassis, a water tank coupled to the chassis, a ladder assembly having a proximal end that is coupled to the chassis, a single front axle coupled to a front end of the chassis, and a single rear axle coupled to a rear end of the chassis. The center of gravity of at least one of the chassis, the body assembly, the pump, and the water tank are positioned to counterbalance a moment generated by a tip load with the ladder assembly extended to the horizontal reach of at least 90 feet.

VEHICLE LIFT KIT
A vehicle lift kit for a golf cart is disclosed. The lift kit comprises a front suspension attached to a vehicle frame with a suspension body, a pair of lower control arms, a spring-leaf, and a pair of spindles connected to the lower control arms. Each spindle comprises a spindle shaft, an upper bracket, and a lower bracket. The upper control arms are configured to connect between a steering rack mount of the vehicle and the upper end of the spindle. Further, the lift comprises a camber alignment adjustment on the connector between the upper control arm and the upper bracket of the spindle to provide proper alignment. The spindle further comprises a support gusset to strengthen the joints. The lift kit also has grease fittings to provide lubrication of the mounting points. Further, the lift kit comprises a rear suspension kit for the golf cart.

NOISE-REDUCING ELEMENT FOR A LEAF SPRING
The anti-noise element (EAR) is applied to separate the end portions of each two spring blades (LM), superimposed and adjacent, of a spring bundle (FM) and comprises a metal plate (10) covered by a coating (20) in polyamide-11 thermoplastic resin and incorporating a median protrusion (12) to be fitted and retained into a corresponding hole (F) provided at the end portion of the spring blade (LM) against which the anti-noise element (EAR) is seated and retained.
Leaf spring
A leaf spring may include: an upper plate provided with arc-shaped portions which are integrally formed on both end portions thereof, respectively, for forming spring eyes; a lower plate disposed to overlap a lower side of the upper plate and provided with arc-shaped portions which are integrally formed on both end portions thereof, respectively, and face the arc-shaped portions of the upper plate to form the spring eyes; clamping units installed to restrain the both end portions of the overlapped upper and lower plates from being separated from each other; and a central fastening unit configured to fasten central portions of the overlapped upper and lower plates.
COMPOSITE LEAF SPRING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
An illustrative example composite leaf spring includes first and second bushing tubes near longitudinal ends. A ribbon of base material is wrapped at least partially around the first and second bushing tubes. The base material has a width that defines a width of the leaf spring. First portions of the base material are near the longitudinal ends and a second portion is between the first portions. The second portion is thicker than the first portions. A plurality of layers of a ribbon of tension material are wrapped around the base material. The tension material defines an outermost layer of the leaf spring. The tension material has warp strands in a longitudinal direction between the first and second longitudinal ends of the leaf spring and weft strands transverse to the warp strands. The warp strands establish a majority of a composition of the tension material.
Golf Cart Front Suspension Lift Kit
A front suspension lift kit for a golf cart includes first and second beams mountable to a frame of the golf cart. A first strut is mountable to the frame of the golf cart and a distal end portion of the first beam such that the first strut extends between the frame of the golf cart and the first beam. A second strut is mountable to the frame of the golf cart and a distal portion of the second beam such that the second strut extends between the frame of the golf cart and the second beam. A support bracket is mountable to the first and second beams at the distal end portions of the first and second beams. The lift kit also includes a swing arm, a spindle bracket, and a coil-over shock.

A first strut is mountable to the frame of the golf cart and a distal end portion of the first beam such that the first strut extends between the frame of the golf cart and the first beam. A support bracket is mountable to the first and second beams at the distal end portions of the first and second beams.
