A shock absorber adjuster assembly comprising at least one spring arranged so as, in use, to extend between a pair of spaced apart spring seats. At least one of the spring seats is adjustable and is formed by a cylindrical body, a first adjustable member and a second adjustable member. The body has a first thread formed on its outer surface and a second thread formed on its inner surface. The first adjustable member includes a first flange having a threaded inner surface which is engageable with the first thread of the body so that the first flange can be screwed along the first thread. The second adjustable member includes a second flange provided on an end of a shaft. The separation between the first and second flanges can thereby be adjusted by moving of either or both of said first and second flanges.

The air supply is configured to provide air to inflate the at least one bag. A switch is in fluid communication with the supply end of the air supply line. The switch has a first discharge, a second discharge, and a switch input. A leveling valve is in fluid communication with the first discharge. The air supply line is in fluid communication with the second discharge. An air supply is in fluid communication with the leveling valve and the switch input.

Depending on the desired operating parameters of the suspended system, it may be desirable to alter the functional characteristics of the suspension from time to time in order to maintain or increase efficiency. The suspension hereof may be selectively locked into a substantially rigid configuration, and the damping fluid may be phase separated and/or cooled to increase damping rate during use (or offset rate degradation). The suspension hereof may generate power usable to achieve any or all of the foregoing or to be stored for use elsewhere in the suspended system or beyond.

Dual hydraulic tank adjuster

A hydraulic flow adjuster includes a first hydraulic tank, a second hydraulic tank, and a piston actuator. A first piston operates within the first hydraulic tank and a second piston operates within the second hydraulic tank. The piston actuator adjusts a relative position of the first piston in the first hydraulic tank and a relative position of the second piston position in the second hydraulic tank, such that the relative position of the first piston in the first hydraulic tank is the same as the relative position of the second piston in the second hydraulic tank.
