20230322038 · 2023-10-12 ·

An assembly for a wheel of a robotic vehicle and a method for overcoming an obstacle for said robotic vehicle. The assembly comprises a first arm portion and a second arm portion, the first arm portion being attachable to a chassis of the robotic vehicle at an attachment point and extending forwardly and downwardly relative to the attachment point in a direction of a movement of the robotic vehicle. The second arm portion is pivotably connected with the first arm portion at an arm pivot point and extends forwardly relative to the arm pivot point in the direction of the movement. The wheel is rotatably mounted on one end of the second arm portion opposed to the arm pivot point. A wheel rotation axis being positioned at least as high as the arm pivot point relative to a surface on which the robotic vehicle is positioned.

A suspension device and an all-terrain vehicle are provided. The suspension device includes: a first rocker arm having a first end provided with a first position limiting portion; a second rocker arm spaced apart from the first rocker arm; and a steering knuckle arranged between the first end of the first rocker arm and the second rocker arm. The steering knuckle is connected with the first end of the first rocker arm and a first end of the second rocker arm, and the steering knuckle includes a third position limiting portion configured to be fitted with the first position limiting portion. The third position limiting portion is configured to abut against the first position limiting portion when the steering knuckle is moved to a first extreme height position and the all-terrain vehicle has a first maximum steering angle.

SIDE-BY-SIDE VEHICLE

A utility vehicle includes a plurality of ground-engaging members, a frame assembly, a cab frame assembly, a front suspension assembly, a rear suspension assembly, a power steering assembly, and a powertrain assembly, all of which may be configured to lower the center of gravity of the vehicle.

Off-highway recreational vehicle

A recreational off-highway vehicle includes side-by-side passenger and driver seats held within a chassis that is approximately 50 inches wide. The seats sit low in the chassis and are covered by a roll cage. Grab handles are positioned on the sides of the passenger seat. Select large round tubing protects the vehicle, while rectangular tubing frames the portions of the vehicle beneath body panels. The vehicle is powered by an engine rearward of the seats that is connected to a transaxle. The engine and transaxle are isolation mounted together with a portion of the air intake assembly. The vehicle is suited for rough terrain travel.
