The present invention relates to a forecarriage of a rolling motor vehicle with three or four wheels, comprising: a forecarriage frame (16); at least one pair of front wheels (10′, 10″) kinematically connected to each other and to the forecarriage frame (16) by a kinematic roll mechanism (20) which enables the same to roll in a synchronous and specular manner; a roll block system (100) comprising a rod (110) which directly connects to each other at the two ends thereof by means of ball joints or hinging means equivalent to ball joints (101, 102), two parts of the forecarriage both subject to rolling movements of said two front wheels or said forecarriage frame and a forecarriage part subject to said rolling movements. The roll block system comprises a blocking device (111a, 112a; 130) adapted to block the rotation angle of said rod at the two ends thereof with respect to a rolling plane of said forecarriage.
SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY OF A VEHICLE WITH SELECTIVE KINEMATIC LOCKING, VEHICLE SUSPENSION GROUP AND RELATED VEHICLE
A shock absorber assembly including a first sheath slidingly housing inside it a first piston which is filled with hydraulic fluid, the first piston having a first stem extending from the first sheath and a first head contained inside the first sheath, a second sheath slidingly housing inside it a second piston which is filled with hydraulic fluid, the second piston having a second stem extending from the second sheath and a second head contained inside the second sheath. The first and second sheaths are fluidly connected to each other by means of at least one upper duct and a first interconnection duct passing through a control body. The control body houses at least one damping valve comprising including a damping plate having holes suitable to allow a calibrated passage of the hydraulic fluid channelled by the first and second sheaths towards the control body; the control body houses a control valve connected to actuator means to be movable, in a regulation stroke, from an unlocked position, in which it does not interfere with the upper duct to a locked position, wherein the upper duct is occluded.
Leaning vehicle
A leaning vehicle includes a body frame, a steered wheel and a non-steered wheel, a motor, a left-right-tilt-angle-detection-section, and a control device that controls the motor to apply a steering force to the steered wheel. The steering force steers the steered wheel to turn the leaning vehicle rightward in a case where the body frame tilts rightward, and steers the steered wheel to turn the leaning vehicle leftward in a case where the body frame tilts leftward. Alternatively, the steering force steers the steered wheel to turn the leaning vehicle leftward in the case where the body frame tilts rightward, and steers the steered wheel to turn the leaning vehicle rightward in the case where the body frame tilts leftward.

The present invention relates to a forecarriage of a rolling motor vehicle with three or four wheels, comprising: a forecarriage frame (16); at least one pair of front wheels (10′, 10″) kinematically connected to each other and to the forecarriage frame by a kinematic roll mechanism (20) which enables the same to roll in a synchronous and specular manner; an anti-roll system (100) comprising a rod (110) having a first (111) and a second end (112) opposite each other which connect by means of hinging means (101′, 101″ and 102′, 102″) a first (60) and a second anchoring portion (60) of forecarriage (8) directly to each other. At least one of said first (60) and second anchoring portions (60) is subject to roll movements of said two front wheels (10′, 10″). The hinging means (101′, 101″ and 102′, 102″) are configured to passively follow the movements of two anchoring portions. The hinging means (101′, 101″) at the first end (111) of the rod comprise at least a first roll hinge (101′) which has its hinge axis substantially orthogonal to a rolling plane of the two front wheels and is connected to the first anchoring portion (60). The anti-roll system comprises a first blocking device suitable to reversibly block a rotation angle α of rod (110) with respect to the first roll hinge 101′ at the first end (111). Such an angle of rotation a corresponds to the roll angle of the rod.

A forecarriage (8) of a rolling motor vehicle (4), comprising a forecarriage frame (16), a pair of front wheels kinematically connected to each other and to the forecarriage frame (16) by means of a first kinematic mechanism (20), each wheel being connected to said first kinematic mechanism (20) by means of a respective axle journal (60), a roll block system (100) comprising a second kinematic mechanism (110) that directly connects the two wheels to one another at the respective axle journals (60) between two connection points and can assume a free configuration in which the second kinematic mechanism (110) can passively follow the movements of the two wheels with respect to each other without interfering with them and a blocked configuration in which the second kinematic mechanism (110) can set the distance between said two points thus preventing rolling movements between the two wheels while allowing pitching and steering movements.

The present invention provides a leaning vehicle comprising a leaning frame (1), a front suspension assembly (2), an undercarriage element (3), a rear suspension assembly (4) and a motor (10), wherein the leaning frame (1) comprises a straddle seat (5) and a hand steering element (6), the hand steering element operatively connected to the front suspension assembly (2); the undercarriage element comprises a front section (7) and a rear section (8), and is connected to a suspension connecting element (9); the front suspension assembly (2) comprises two ground engaging members (13) and at least one shock absorber (20), and is connected to the leaning frame (1) and the suspension connecting element, such that the ground engaging members (13) of the front suspension assembly will tilt in the same direction as the leaning frame; the rear suspension assembly (4) comprises at least one rear ground engaging member (23) and is connected to the rear section (8) of the undercarriage element; wherein the leaning frame (1) is pivotally connected to the undercarriage element (3), such that the leaning frame and the two ground engaging members may tilt in a sideways direction relative to the undercarriage element, the rear ground engaging member and the rear suspension assembly.
Leaning vehicle
A leaning vehicle includes an actuator, a left steerable front wheel, a right steerable front wheel, a steering mechanism and a leaning mechanism. The steering mechanism includes a first center steering shaft, a second center steering shaft disposed at the front side of the first center steering shaft, and a center steering shaft rotation interlocking mechanism that interlocks rotation of the first center steering shaft with rotation of the second center steering shaft. The actuator is provided between a left end and a right end of a link member of the leaning mechanism in the left-right direction. At least one part of the actuator is provided at a position that overlaps with a movable range of the center steering shaft rotation interlocking mechanism as viewed from the up direction or the down direction.

In a rocking vehicle, a front wheel suspension device suspends a front wheel in an upwardly displaceable manner due to a reaction force from a road surface. The rocking vehicle includes a cushion support arm, on a body frame side, including a cushion support portion of the front wheel suspension device, and a rigidity adjustment device which is extended between plural portions of the cushion support arm. The rigidity adjustment device applies a pre-tension to the cushion support arm, and the pre-tension generates a pre-force component in the cushion support portion in the same direction as the upward moving direction of the front wheel due to a reaction force of the front wheel from the road surface.
ROLLING MOTOR VEHICLE
This invention relates to a rolling motor vehicle with three or four wheels, comprising a frame 6 that extends from a forecarriage 8, which supports at least two front wheels 10,10, to a rear 12 which supports one or more rear wheels 14. The frame 6 defines an accommodating area 15 for a driver P. The forecarriage 8 in turn comprises: a forecarriage frame 16; at least one pair of front wheels 10,10 kinematically connected to each other and to the forecarriage frame 16 by means of a rolling kinematic mechanism 20 which enables the front wheels to roll in a synchronous and specular manner, each wheel 10,10 being connected to said rolling kinematic mechanism 20 by means of a respective axle journal 60, said axle journal 60 being mechanically connected to a rotation pin 68 of the wheel in order to support it rotatably around an axis of rotation R-R, R-R; a roll control system 100 of the motor vehicle; suspension means 90 which guarantee each axle journal 60 at least one spring suspension movement with respect to said rolling kinematic mechanism 20. The roll control system comprises a rod 110, which connects the two front wheels directly to each other at the respective axle journals 60 at its two ends by means of hinging means 72,73,74 which enable said rod 110 to passively follow the movements of the axle journals 60, the roll movements of the two front wheels and of the respective axle journals causing changes in the lying position of said rod 110 with respect to a vertical projection plane, which is transverse to a centre line plane M-M of the motor vehicle. The rod 110 is usable directly or indirectly by the driver P as a command element of the roll control system 100 to control the rolling movements of the two front wheels without having to put his feet on the ground, adjusting the lying position of the rod 110 itself with his own body. Said command element 110, 120 is disposed so as to be accessible and maneuverable by the driver P from the accommodating area 15.
