An adaptive air conditioning system, a method for the system, and a carrier equipped with the system are disclosed. The carrier includes at least one adaptive air conditioning system. The carrier has a body, which includes at least one cabin defining a compartment for accommodating transported objects, such as passengers or cargos. The adaptive air conditioning system includes data collecting apparatus, temperature control apparatus, and a microcontroller. The temperature control apparatus includes a liquid circulation unit, an air circulation unit, and a control switch. With the adaptive air conditioning system, the air and internal installation in the compartment can be controlled at a predetermined temperature more promptly, efficiently, uniformly, and flexibly, thus increasing comfort level for the passengers or meeting the temperature requirements for the cargos.
VAPOR INJECTION HEAT PUMP AND CONTROL METHOD
A refrigerant loop of a vapor injection heat pump includes a compressor, first and second expansion valves, and first and second separator valves. The separator valves allow an entire refrigerant flow to pass therethrough or operate to separate vapor and liquid components of expanded refrigerant and inject the vapor component into a suction port of the compressor. Vapor injection occurs in both heating and cooling modes of operation and may depend upon an ambient condition (e.g., high or low ambient temperatures). An accumulator receives an output refrigerant of the heat exchangers dependent upon the mode and directs a vapor component into another suction port of the compressor. A control module controls at least the first and second expansion valves and first and second separator valves dependent upon the mode of operation which include, among others, heating, cooling, and dehumidification and re-heating.
DOUBLE-PIPE HEAT EXCHANGER INCLUDING INTEGRATED CONNECTOR
A double-pipe heat exchanger including a heat exchange pipe and an integrated connector. The heat exchange pipe may include an inner pipe forming a first flow path, and an outer pipe accommodating the inner pipe therein and forming a second flow path outside the inner pipe. The integrated connector may include a main body including, at one side thereof, a heat exchange pipe engaging part with which one end of the heat exchange pipe is combined, a first connector flow path portion formed to be connected to the first flow path and discharging a first fluid flowing from the first flow path to an outside of the main body, and a second connector flow path portion formed to be connected to the second flow path and supplying a second fluid from the outside of the main body to the second flow path.
Heat pump air-conditioning system and electric vehicle
A heat pump air-conditioning system includes a HVAC assembly, a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, and a first plate heat exchanger. The HVAC assembly includes an indoor condenser, an indoor evaporator, and an damper mechanism. The compressor communicates to the indoor condenser. The indoor condenser communicates to the outdoor heat exchanger and further to the outdoor heat exchanger through a first enthalpy-increased branch. The outdoor heat exchanger communicates to the indoor evaporator and further to a moderate-pressure air inlet of the compressor through a second enthalpy-increased branch. The indoor evaporator communicates to a low-pressure air inlet of the compressor. The first enthalpy-increased branch and the second enthalpy-increased branch exchange heat by using the first plate heat exchanger. The second enthalpy-increased branch is provided with a first expansion valve. The outdoor heat exchanger is in communication with the first plate heat exchanger through the first expansion valve.
HVAC SEALING SURFACE WITH NOISE REDUCTION CONFIGURATION
Disclosed is an HVAC system configured to reduce noise. The HVAC system includes a door having a first and second end. The door includes an elastomer along the first end and a rotatable member adjacent the second end. The elastomer includes a door touch area. The case defines an internal case portion, external case portion, and a case opening fluidly connecting the internal and external case portion. The case is configured to receive the rotatable member of the door such that the door is rotatable about an axis between a first position, where the door covers the case opening, and a second position, where the door does not cover the case opening. The case includes a case touch area with a graining. The door touch area and the case touch area are substantially parallel and in contact along a surface contact area when the door is in the first position.
