Conveyor dishwashing machine, and method for operating a conveyor dishwashing machine
A conveyor dishwashing machine (1) has at least one washing zone (7), and at least one final rinse zone (8) which is connected downstream (as viewed in the transport direction (T) of the wash items) of the at least one washing zone (7). The conveyor dishwashing machine (1) has a transport apparatus for transporting the wash items through the treatment zones (6, 7) of the conveyor dishwashing machine (1) so that the wash items are situated at least in regions in a washing plane (5) which runs horizontally. The washing plane (5) is configured as a main washing plane, and there is at least one additional washing plane (6) in at least one of the treatment zones (7, 8) of the conveyor dishwashing machine (1), in which additional washing plane (6) wash items can be treated at the same time as wash items in the main washing plane (5).
VERIFICATION OF CLEANING PROCESS EFFICACY
Experimental color data obtained from a plurality of cleaning process verification coupons is used to determine optimized cleaning process parameters in an automated cleaning machine. Color data may also be obtained from cleaning process verification coupon(s) to verify the efficacy of a real-world cleaning processes in an automated cleaning machine and/or to obtain one or more suggested corrective action(s) in the event the cleaning process yields an unsatisfactory cleaning result. Based on the optimized cleaning process parameters, an automated cleaning machine may automatically adjust one or more cleaning process parameters to correct for non-optimized parameters sensed during execution of a cleaning process to help prevent an unsatisfactory cleaning result.
INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR KITCHEN ENVIRONMENT USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Disclosed are an integrated management method and system for a kitchen environment using artificial intelligence. The integrated management system for the kitchen environment includes: a range hood placed above a cooking appliance including a heater, the range hood including a sensor that measures information on an atmosphere environment changed due to an operation of the cooking appliance; a server determining whether to execute a kitchen environment management mode, on the basis of a result of measurement by the sensor; and multiple environment appliances registered in a user account and cooperating over a network, each of the multiple environment appliance receiving a control command corresponding to the kitchen environment management mode from the server, and operating according to the control command.
DISHWASHER WITH IMAGE-BASED DETERGENT SENSING
A dishwasher includes an image-based detergent sensor that in some instances is configured to sense a type of detergent for use in optimizing a wash cycle based upon the type of detergent, and that in some instances is configured to direct one or more controllable sprayers to facilitate dissolution or mixing of detergent into a wash fluid during a wash cycle.
DISHWASHER APPLIANCES AND METHODS FOR DETERMINING WASH ADDITIVE LEVELS
A method of operating a dishwasher appliance, as provided herein, may include detecting a door of the dishwasher appliance in an open position and determining the door is maintained in the open position for a preset minimum continuous period. The method may further include detecting the door in a closed position following the preset minimum continuous period. The method may still further include measuring an additive volume of a wash additive in an additive compartment on the door while the door is in the closed position following the preset minimum continuous period.
CONVEYOR WAREWASHER AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A CONVEYOR WAREWASHER
A conveyor warewasher for cleaning washware includes at least one washing zone at least one rinsing zone and a conveyor apparatus for conveying the washware therethrough. A camera system is arranged above or below or to the side of the conveyor apparatus and is configured to capture at least one image of an area of the conveyor apparatus. An evaluation device is configured to evaluate and determine on the basis of the classification performed whether, at the time of the image capture, at least one of the following categories of washware was present in the area of the conveyor apparatus: cutlery or pieces of cutlery; pots, pans, or GN containers; glasses, in particular drinking glasses; trays or tray-like objects; plates, cups, or bowls; utensils; other washware; mixed washware; plastic washware; or no washware.
Method of separating chemistries in a door-type dishmachine
The present disclosure relates to a dishmachine that includes at least two tanks and methods of using the tanks to isolate, substantially isolate, or incrementally isolate different chemistries from each other during a cycle. The disclosed dishmachine design and method allows for the use of two different, and potentially incompatible, reactive, or offsetting chemistries to be used in the same dishmachine cycle.
Method for the dosing of cleaning agents
A method for the dosing of cleaning agents in cleaning machines includes the steps: receiving the control information items; wherein the control information items are dependent on an information item about a cleaning machine; determining the progress of a cleaning operation; dosing of cleaning agent depending on the received control information items and the determined progress of the cleaning operation; wherein the information item about the cleaning machine can be manually input via a user interface.
DYNAMIC DISPENSING SYSTEM
Provided herein are systems, methods, apparatus, and computer program products relating to a dynamic dispensing system. Embodiments may include a dishwasher including a washing chamber, a water supply, an additive supply, and a plurality of fluid supply lines that provide fluid communication between the water supply and the washing chamber and the additive supply and the washing chamber. The dishwasher includes one or more pumps that direct additives stored in the additive supply to the washing chamber and water from the water supply to the washing chamber. The dishwasher further includes a tank sensor within the washing chamber and a controller communicably coupled to the controller. The controller may receive and analyze signals from the tank sensor to determine an additive concentration within the washing chamber and cause additive or water to be added to the washing chamber in response to the signal.
METHOD FOR DETERMINING DOSAGE OF DETERGENT, DISHWASHER, PROCESSOR, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A method for determining the usage amount of detergent, and a dishwasher, a processor, a storage medium and a computer program product. The method for determining the usage amount of detergent includes acquiring an internal image of a dishwasher captured by an image acquisition device; according to the internal image, determining whether there is a target object in the dishwasher; when it is determined that there is a target object, generating a position table of the target object; determining the dirtiness of the target object according to the position table; and determining the usage amount of detergent for the dishwasher according to the dirtiness. The dirtiness of a target object needing to be cleaned in a dishwasher is determined by means of an image acquisition device, and the usage amount of detergent for the dishwasher is then determined according to the dirtiness.
