Air Conditioning Device for Vehicle
The present disclosure provides an air conditioning device for a vehicle. The air conditioning device includes an air conditioning unit disposed in at least one of front or rear of the vehicle. The air conditioning device further includes a duct unit blowing air of the air conditioning unit into an interior and extending inside of at least one of a front pillar or a rear pillar. The air conditioning device further includes a vent unit communicating with the duct unit through a connecting duct and selectively opening and closing a discharge path of at least one of a main path, a first path, or a second path so as to discharge the blown air to a side of a roof frame.
Compression molded PRV sealing flap
A pressure relief valve flap includes an attachment portion, a main portion, and a hinge portion. The attachment portion is configured to be attached to the housing. The main portion has a lip and at least one damping feature. The lip extends around at least a portion of a periphery of the main portion. The hinge portion is disposed between and connects the main portion and the attachment portion. When the attachment portion is attached to the housing, the main portion is configured to move between a closed position and an opened position. When the main portion moves from the opened position to the closed position, the at least one damping feature is configured to engage the housing prior to the lip of the main portion and thereby dampen noise created when the lip of the main portion engages the housing.
Vehicle instrument panel structure
A vehicle instrument panel structure including: a head-up display device that is provided within an instrument panel positioned at a front section of a vehicle cabin and that displays information by projecting light onto a windshield; a defroster that is provided within the instrument panel so as to be disposed alongside the head-up display device in a vehicle width direction, and that conveys air toward the windshield; a guide section that is provided at an upper face of the instrument panel so as to be disposed between the head-up display device and the defroster, and that has a cross-section profile as sectioned along the vehicle width direction profiled so as to cause airflow from the defroster to cling to a surface of the guide section such that the airflow is blown toward an area of the windshield in which information is displayed by the head-up display device.
Camper shell ventilation apparatus
A camper shell ventilation apparatus for ventilating a camper shell on a pickup truck includes a vent body coupled to a shell top of the camper shell. A blower body has a blower flange configured to be coupled to an inner side of the shell top of the camper shell below the vent body. A blower bottom side has an exhaust aperture extending through to a blower interior and a blower front side has an output aperture extending through to the blower interior. A blower is coupled to the blower body and is in fluid communication with each of a vent aperture and the output aperture to blow air into the camper shell. A power switch is coupled within a cab of the pickup truck to control the blower.
AIR CONDITIONING UNIT
An air conditioning unit includes a conditioning chamber, a fan with a fan air input and a fan air output, and an evaporative unit. The fan and the evaporative unit are arranged in the conditioning chamber. The fan draws in entry air to enter the air conditioning unit, then through the evaporative unit, to condition the entry air to produce conditioned air. Within the conditioning chamber, the fan is positioned and configured such that at least 30% of an area of the fan air output are positioned above an average top surface of the evaporative unit, and that air from the at least 30% of the area of the fan air output is directed towards a wall of the conditioning chamber prior to being redirected downwards and through the evaporative unit.
IN-VEHICLE VENTILATION SYSTEM
An in-vehicle ventilation system includes a host ECU configured to acquire vehicle outside information using wireless communication, an air conditioner ECU configured to control an air conditioner installed in a vehicle compartment, a zone ECU configured to control a device in the vehicle compartment and to communicate with the host ECU and the air conditioner ECU and a power window unit configured to open and close a window of a vehicle. The zone ECU or the host ECU is configured to perform, based on information acquired inside the vehicle compartment and the vehicle outside information to be acquired by the host ECU, interlocked ventilation control interlockingly controls the power window unit and the air conditioner ECU.

AIR SANITATION SYSTEM FOR VEHICLES
Methods and systems are described for air sanitation in vehicles. The system detects a change in a vehicle occupancy in a vehicle. The system then generates an air curtain zone in the vehicle based on the vehicle occupancy. The air curtain zone includes an air curtain to isolate air within the air curtain zone from a portion of the vehicle. The air curtain zone also includes a vent and an air filter to purify air in the air curtain zone.
AIR CIRCULATION SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE
An air circulation system configured to mount within a B-pillar, C-pillar, other pillar, or interior trim or cross trims through an air channel of a vehicle. The air circulation system includes a scroll within the pillar, which defines an inlet configured to receive inlet air from a vehicle cabin at the pillar. A fan within the pillar is configured to circulate the inlet air within the scroll. An elongated throat extending from the scroll is configured to receive forced air from the scroll. The throat defines a length and an outlet extending along the length, wherein the outlet delivers the forced air into the vehicle cabin from the pillar in an air stream. The outlet is configured such that the forced air delivered from the outlet creates a Coandă effect that attracts air in the vehicle cabin to move in the direction of the air stream.
Structural duct with seat attachment
A ventilation assembly for a vehicle includes a duct disposed between a seating assembly and a vehicle floor having a first end with a first opening disposed at a first area of the vehicle and a second end with a second opening disposed at a second area of the vehicle. An air mover is disposed at one or more of the first and second ends of the duct, wherein the air mover is operable to move air along the duct.
