VEHICLE BODY STRUCTURE
A vehicle body structure includes a door, a latch mechanism and a secondary reinforcement member (an attenuation member). The door has an inner door panel and a reinforcement member installed thereto the inner door panel. The latch mechanism is installed the inner door panel such that in a latching orientation the latch mechanism retains the door in the closed orientation and in a release orientation the door can move to the open orientation. A rearward portion of the reinforcement member is outboard and level with a portion of the latch mechanism. The secondary reinforcement member is fixedly attached to a central area of the reinforcement member spaced apart from the rearward area of the inner door panel and spaced apart from a forward area of the inner door panel. In response to an impact event, the reinforcement member deforms and contacts the latch mechanism preventing movement of the latch mechanism.
LAMINATED GLAZING FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE, PARTICULARLY A SIDE GLAZING
A laminated glazing for a motor vehicle includes inner and outer glass sheets assembled by an interlayer, and a part for attaching the glazing through which an attachment opening passes which is formed by two holes having first and second axis. A connecting member is attached to the glazing by passing through an opening, the connecting member provided with a hole being intended to receive a device for attaching the glazing with a drive device. The first axis and the second axis are mismatched according to a mismatch which is configured to form a first blocking surface on an inner face of the outer glass sheet and a second blocking surface on an outer face of the inner glass sheet, and the connecting member includes a first surface configured to engage with the first blocking surface and a second surface configured to engage with the second blocking surface.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PRESS-FORMED PRODUCT, PRESS FORMING DIE, AND PRESS-FORMED PRODUCT
A press-formed product is manufactured by press-forming a blank material into an intermediate shape, and further press-forming the blank material from the intermediate shape into the press-formed product having a target shape. A product portion of the target shape includes a first ridge line portion and a second ridge line portion each having a radius of curvature of 20 mm or smaller and a bending angle of 130 degrees or larger. The product portion of the intermediate shape has a curved shape having a radius of curvature of 100 mm or larger or a linear shape in a specific cross section. A height of an excess thickness portion of the intermediate shape is higher than 10 mm with respect to a peripheral portion and lower than a height of the excess thickness portion of the target shape.
SIDE SILL ASSEMBLY OF VEHICLE WITH REINFORCED STIFFNESS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A side sill assembly of a vehicle with reinforced stiffness includes a side sill inner, a side sill outer, and a reinforcement unit provided between the side sill inner and the side sill outer. The reinforcement unit includes an upper member having a first upper surface and a first lower surface located lower than the first upper surface, wherein the first upper surface and the first lower surface are alternately disposed in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle; a lower member having a second upper surface and a second lower surface located lower than the second upper surface, wherein the second upper surface and the second lower surface are alternately disposed in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle; and an intermediate member bonded to the upper member and the lower member, respectively, between the upper member and the lower member.
Side-by-side utility vehicle
A utility vehicle includes a plurality of ground engaging members and a frame supported by the plurality of ground engaging members. The frame assembly extends generally along a longitudinal axis of the utility vehicle. The utility vehicle further includes a front seating section coupled to the frame. The front seating section is configured to support an operator and a first passenger. Additionally, the utility vehicle includes a rear seating section coupled to the frame. The rear seating section is configured to support a second passenger and a third passenger. The rear seating section has an angled panel configured as a dead pedal for the second and third passengers, and a portion of the rear seating section extends forwardly into the front seating section.
Connection system for house and vehicle
A connection system for a house and a vehicle, may include a vehicle door provided in the vehicle to open or close a vehicle entrance through which a passenger enters or exits the vehicle and allowing an internal space of the vehicle to be exposed into the house when authenticated by the house; and a hatch provided in a house entrance on a side wall of the house to selectively couple the house entrance and the vehicle entrance with each other so that an internal space of the vehicle and an internal space of the house are connected to each other in a state that the vehicle door is open when the authenticated vehicle is parked on a side of the house entrance.
Cab for work machine and work machine
Provided is a cab for a work machine capable of preventing an actuator from being damaged by vibration. A cab body is formed with a doorway. A door is rotatably supported on the cab body. The door opens and closes the doorway. A closed position locking unit locks the door so as to disable it from rotating relative to the cab body. The actuator generates a driving force to unlock the door locked by the closed position locking unit. The actuator is mounted on the cab body and is supported by the cab body.
Link mechanism for vehicle door and vehicle door opening and closing apparatus having the same
A link mechanism for a vehicle door is provided. The link mechanism includes a body having a first end portion facing a vehicle body and a second end portion facing a vehicle door and a first mounting member that is mounted on the vehicle body, and rotatably connected to the first end portion of the body through a first shaft. A second mounting member is mounted on the vehicle door, and is rotatably connected to the second end portion of the body through a second shaft. A rotation restricting unit selectively restricts a rotation of the second mounting member.
Vehicle entrance structure
An entrance is provided in a side surface of a body of a vehicle. A side portion of the entrance in the width direction is constituted by a first frame member extending in the vehicle up-down direction. A lower end portion of the entrance is constituted by a floor extension portion of a floor member disposed on the inner side of the entrance with respect to the first frame member. The entrance is provided with a joint member. The joint member extends from the floor extension portion of the floor member to the first frame member, and closes a gap provided between the floor member and the first frame member. Thus, it is possible to suppress wind, rain, noise, etc. from entering a vehicle cabin through the gap.
