Deflector structure for sunroof device

A deflector structure for a sunroof device includes: a thinned-cloth member (6) having a lower side connectedly fixed to a front frame (11), the thinned-cloth member being configured to be stretchedly developed to regulate a traveling air while a roof is opened and to be foldedly stored while the roof is closed; and a storage guide member (14) configured to guide folding motion of the thinned-cloth member (6). The storage guide member (14) includes: a front-side first upright wall (15) and a rear-side second upright wall (16) provided upright on the front frame (11) at the rear of a fixation portion of the front frame (11) and the thinned-cloth member (6); and a guide wall (17) formed on an upper holder (7) along a rear surface of an upper portion of the thinned-cloth member stretchedly developed. Thereby, a folded shape of the thinned-cloth member (6) is stabilized.

Sunshade device

A sunshade device includes guide rails slidably supporting a shade panel so as to open and close an opening formed on a vehicle roof; and a shade stopper attached to each guide rail, regulating an opening action by allowing the shade panel to abut on the shade stopper, wherein the guide rail includes a rail-side flange or flanges arranged side by side in a height direction which extend toward an inner side in a width direction, the shade stopper includes retaining pieces extending toward an outer side in the width direction and sandwiching the rail-side flange in the height direction, and rail-side and retaining-piece side engaging projections projecting in the height direction to face each other and regulating a movement of the retaining piece in the inner side in the width direction are respectively formed in the rail-side flange and the retaining piece in one side.

Thereby, a folded shape of the thinned-cloth member (6) is stabilized.

Arrangement Comprising a Cover for a Vehicle Roof

A shading arrangement of a transparent roof section of a passenger car, having a flat shading element displaceable between a shading position and an uncovering position and having a lower side facing towards a vehicle interior and an upper side facing towards a vehicle environment. An indirect illuminating device can be provided which illuminates the shading element from the upper side and/or the lower side. The shading element can have a lighting effect material that interacts with the illuminating device.

Retractable headliner corner

A headliner corner retractor for a convertible top. The corner retractor moves a front corner of the headliner between a covering position concealing a front portion of the side linkage and a contracted position in which clearance is provided for the side linkages to extend and retract the convertible top. The corner retractor is moved by a mechanical actuator including a cable and a hollow tubular housing.

VEHICLE INTERIOR STERILIZER

A vehicle interior sterilizer includes: a roof lining and a housing inserted into and located in the roof lining. The sterilizer has a cover unit that can open and close an opening of the housing. The sterilizer has an actuator unit coupled to a shaft of the cover unit and configured to apply a driving force to selectively open and close the cover unit. The sterilizer has a light source unit located in the opening of the housing and exposed to an interior of a vehicle to perform sterilization when the cover unit is opened. The sterilizer has a controller configured to determine whether an occupant has exited the vehicle and to open the cover unit and turn on the light source unit by driving of the actuator unit.

Automobile sunroof adjustment mechanism

An automobile sunroof adjustment mechanism comprises a motor, a gearbox body assembly and an output shaft. The gearbox body assembly comprises a box body and a transmission mechanism mounted in the box body. A motor shaft of the motor is connected to the transmission mechanism so as to drive the transmission mechanism. The transmission mechanism comprises a worm shaft, an input helical gear, a worm and an output helical gear. The worm and the output helical gear are located on different sides of the worm shaft. The present mechanism adopts a two-stage worm helical gear transmission, the two stages of worm not being self-locked, greatly reducing layout space, and the motor shaft and the output shaft are arranged in parallel, so that the mechanism can be suitable for a limited-space scenario, and has better NVH performance.
