Fully-embedded bed cover for a pickup truck
The present invention discloses a fully-embedded bed cover of a pickup truck, including a panel body connected to the cargo hopper, wherein the panel body is connected to the cargo hopper by a dual interlink lock system and a guide rail supporting bar system, wherein the panel body includes a first panel, a second panel, a third panel and a large front bar, one end of the first panel is connected to the large front bar, the other end of the first panel is connected to a second panel by a rotating shaft system, the second panel is connected to the third panel by a rotating shaft system, the end of the third panel away from the second panel is connected to the rear bar with lock system, the guide rail support bar system is connected to the cargo hopper, the rotating shaft system includes a large rotating bar, a small rotating bar, an intermediate bar and an intermediate bar rubber strip, the large rotating bar and the small rotating bar are connected to both ends of the intermediate bar through the intermediate bar rubber strip. In the present invention, the large front bar, the rotating shaft system, the rear bar system, and the side rail joints are connected to form a closed car cover, which will not leak water, and the appearance is almost flat with the car body, with high aesthetics.
MOON ROOF/SUNROOF WATER INTRUSION DIVERTER
A device for preventing intrusion of collected water into a vehicle is provided, defined by a water diverter configured and dimensioned to divert water from at least a vehicle-rearward edge of a roof panel aperture provided for a vehicle sun roof/moon roof assembly. The water diverter further includes end portions configured and dimensioned to divert water from at least a portion of opposed vehicle-outboard edges of the roof panel aperture.
Sliding roof system of an automotive vehicle and guiding rail profile therefor
A sliding roof system with a guiding rail profile, including a fastening section with a plurality of mounting domes for connecting the guiding rail profile to a vehicle-fixed roof portion. A water drainage section extending in parallel to the fastening section is provided, which water drainage section is adjoined by a guiding section to guide control kinematics for a movable roof part. The fastening section is provided with integrally formed stiffening reinforcements. The stiffening reinforcements are provided in the vicinity of the mounting domes and extend in the transverse direction of the guiding rail profile continuously into the water drainage section.
PICKUP TRUCK BED COVER
A truck bed assembly that is fuel efficient, aesthetically pleasing and unique.
INTEGRATED SUNROOF DRAINAGE CONDUIT
A sunroof drainage conduit integrated into a heating, ventilation and air conditioning duct (HVAC) duct for a vehicle is provided. The duct may include an elongated, hollow body defining an air passage. The drainage conduit may be integrally formed on a surface of the body of the duct, such as an inside surface or an outside surface. The integrated drainage conduit may be routed through the duct's air passage or around the duct's exterior. A first drain tube may connect the sunroof to an inlet of the drainage conduit for directing drainage away from the sunroof's gutter or trough. A second drain tube may connect to an outlet of the drainage conduit for directing drainage from the drainage conduit to ambient.
Vehicle canopy extension
A canopy extension system attachable to a vehicle main passenger compartment canopy. The canopy extension system comprises an extension panel connectable to a main canopy of a vehicle. The extension panel comprises a head section structured to overlap at least a portion of, and connect to, at least one of the main canopy and at least one main canopy support strut, and a cantilever tail section structured to be cantilevered from an edge of the main canopy when the head section is connected to the main canopy. The canopy extension system additionally comprises at least one connector assembly structured to connect the head section to the main canopy such that the cantilever tail section will be cantilevered from the edge of the main canopy.
DEFLECTOR APPARATUS
A deflector apparatus includes a first locking portion for attaching a mesh type deflector, which reduces noise due to wind at an opening portion, to a drain member for suppressing infiltration of a fluid from the opening portion opened by a movable panel into a room; and a second locking portion formed in the deflector, in which the deflector is attached to the drain member by locking the second locking portion to the first locking portion.
Seal structure of automotive vehicle with storing-type roof
There are provided a front weather strip provided between a first roof member and a second roof member, a rear weather strip provided between the second roof member and a third roof member, a roof-side weather strip provided at the second roof member, and a vertical weather strip. Plural partition walls which form the plural vertical flow passages are provided at the vertical weather strip, and a first flow passage for distributing water from the front weather strip to plural vertical flow passages of the vertical weather strip by way of the roof-side weather strip and a second flow passage for distributing water from the rear weather strip to at least one of plural vertical flow passages of the vertical weather strip are provided.
ROOF CLOSURE ASSEMBLY
A roof closure assembly for a vehicle includes a frame configured to be fixed to the vehicle roof and having an upper and lower side. A movable closure for a roof opening is movably supported by a movable support mechanism on the frame. An operating device includes at least one drive motor, at least a guide rail including the movable support mechanism for the closure and an elongate connecting member attached to the movable support mechanism and in engagement with the drive motor to enable the drive motor to drive the closure to move between a closed position closing the roof opening and an open position opening the roof opening at least partly. The frame comprises a through-hole providing communication between the upper and lower side of the frame. The drive motor is mounted to a lower side of a motor support such that the drive motor is accessible through the through-hole.
Water Drain Structure of Sunroof in Vehicle
A water drain structure of a sunroof includes a pair of guide rails disposed in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle body at both ends of a roof panel. A front drip is coupled to front ends of the pair of guide rails, the front drip having a water drain channel. An inner rail is disposed in each of the guide rails. The inner rails form a path of the sunroof at both sides from a projection formed at a center region of the guide rails in the longitudinal direction and an outer rail for keeping rainwater. A storage unit is disposed at a portion of a rear end of the outer rail and is divided into a plurality of rainwater storage spaces to keep rainwater flowing therein.
