Electrically-powered wheel assembly for a work vehicle having stacked electric motors
In one aspect, an electrically-powered wheel assembly for a work vehicle may include an axle and a wheel configured to rotate relative to the axle. The wheel may, in turn, be positioned outward from the axle in a radial direction such that a wheel cavity is defined between the wheel and the axle in the radial direction. The wheel assembly may also include a first electric motor configured to rotationally drive the wheel relative to the axle, with the first electric motor positioned within the wheel cavity and configured to receive electric power from a power source. Furthermore, the wheel assembly may include a second electric motor positioned within the wheel cavity and configured to rotationally drive the wheel relative to the axle, with the second electric motor configured to receive electric power through the first electric motor.

The electronic power converter has: two groups of power modules; at least one capacitor, which is connected in parallel to a DC input; a container, which houses the two groups of power modules and the capacitor and is provided with a cup-shaped body provided with a lower wall; and a cooling system provided with a chamber, which is configured to be flown through by a cooling liquid. The chamber of the cooling system is delimited, on one side, by the lower wall of the cup-shaped body of the container and, on the other side, by a containing wall, which is arranged at a given distance from the lower wall.
SUSPENSION DEVICE FOR IN-WHEEL MOTOR
A suspension device for an in-wheel motor may include: a buffer part coupled to a vehicle body, and configured to absorb shock; an arm part coupled to the vehicle body, disposed at each of a top and bottom of the vehicle body, and coupled to the buffer part; a support part coupled to the arm part, and configured to be movable upward and downward; one or more connection parts rotatably mounted on the support part, provided as a pair of connection parts, and configured to serve as a steering axis; and a fixing part mounted on the connection part, rotated in connection with the connection part, and coupled to an in-wheel motor.
DRIVER OF AUTOMATIC GUIDED VEHICLE
A driver of an automatic guided vehicle includes a crown gear (turning gear) fixed to a bottom of a vehicle body, a support shaft penetrating a center of the crown gear and extending vertically from the vehicle body, a frame supported by the support shaft to be rotatable on a horizontal plane, a wheel axle rotatably and horizontally provided on the frame, and a wheel connected to the wheel axle. A first motor and a second motor, which are drive sources, and a first planetary gear mechanism and a second planetary gear mechanism are provided at both ends in an axial direction of the wheel axle, respectively. Each carrier of the first and second planetary gear mechanisms is connected to the wheel axle, and each ring gear of the first and second planetary gear mechanisms meshes with the crown gear.
WORK VEHICLE MULTI-SPEED DRIVE ASSEMBLY WITH GUIDED DOG CLUTCH
A drive assembly for a work vehicle includes a drive housing, a drive shaft rotatable about a drive axis, an inner hub rotationally fixed to the drive shaft, and a planetary gear set coupled to the drive shaft and configured to selectively rotate an output element. The drive assembly also includes a clutch arrangement having a clutch ring configured to selectively engage the planetary gear set. The clutch arrangement further includes a guide assembly mounted on the clutch ring and configured to selectively interact with the planetary gear set to effect disengagement of the clutch ring from the planetary gear set. A clutch actuation assembly is configured to effect movement of the clutch arrangement along the drive axis to engage the planetary gear set, and a guide actuation assembly is configured to operate the guide assembly to interact with the planetary gear set.
Pneumatic powered mobility devices
A personal mobility device includes a frame, a plurality of wheels attached to the frame and one or more pneumatic motors. Each of the one or more pneumatic motors has a drive shaft in operative connection with at least one of the plurality of wheels. The personal mobility device further includes at least one tank (that is, a storage container) for storage of a pressurized gas in operative connection with the one or more pneumatic motors to supply pressurized gas to the one or more pneumatic motors and a control system in operative connection with the at least one tank and with the one or more pneumatic motors.
Throw able robot with improved drive system
A two wheeled throwable robot comprises an elongate chassis with two ends, a motor at each end, drive wheels connected to the motors, and a tail extending from the elongate chassis. The throwable robot includes a pair of torque limiting mechanisms, each torque limiting mechanism being operatively coupled between a motor and a drive wheel. Each torque limiting mechanism comprises a drive flange portion, a driven flange portion and a plurality of rollers. A spring element provides a ring force that biases the rollers toward the driven flange portion.
Lubricant supported electric motor assembly for compact, power dense wheel-end applications
A lubricant supported electric motor assembly includes an electric motor module, a shifting and first stage module, and a final drive module sequentially operably interconnected with one another for producing drive torque that is ultimately conducted to a wheel of a vehicle. The electric motor module includes a stator and a rotor defining an internal rotor cavity. The shifting and first stage module is disposed within the internal rotor cavity and includes a first planetary gear reducer assembly and an output gear selectively coupleable to said first planetary gear reducer assembly. The final drive module is disposed adjacent the shifting and first stage module and includes a second planetary gear reducer assembly operably coupled with the output gear. A shifting mechanism establishes selective coupling between the first planetary gear assembly and the output gear to transfer adjustable torque from the shifting and first stage module to the final drive device.
Modular drive system for a machine
A modular drive system may include a motor assembly that includes a motor housing with a motor subassembly bolt pattern. The modular drive system may include a brake assembly that includes a brake housing with a brake subassembly bolt pattern.
