A hybrid vehicle includes an engine that drives first wheel, and a motor that drives second wheel. The hybrid vehicle includes (1) a minute speed launch support mode where the hybrid vehicle is driven only by the motor as a drive source, (2) a sudden launch support mode where the hybrid vehicle is driven by the engine and motor as the drive source, and (3) a smooth launch support mode where the hybrid vehicle is driven only by the motor as the drive source in an early stage, is driven by the engine and motor in a middle stage, and is driven only by the engine in a late stage, and if an operation amount of an acceleration instruction unit is not 0 or is substantially not 0, any one of the support modes is executed according to an operation status of the acceleration instruction unit.
HYBRID DRIVE MODULE
A hybrid drive module is disclosed. An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a hybrid drive module that selectively transmits torque transmitted from an engine and a motor to a transmission including a housing disposed between the engine and the transmission, a drive shaft rotatably mounted inside the housing in a radial direction with its one end portion toward the engine based on an axial direction protruding from the housing and to which torque of the engine is inputted, a rotor hub provided within the housing and mounted with a rotor of the motor on its radially outer side, and in which a hub plate part integrally extending toward the drive shaft and rotatably connected to the other end portion of the drive shaft toward the transmission based on the axial direction is formed on its radially inner side, a rotor hub ridge, an inner circumferential surface of which is rotatably supported by the housing based on the radial direction and an external circumferential surface of which is fixed to the rotor hub based on the axial direction at the side of the engine, an engine clutch disposed at the engine side in the axial direction with the hub plate part interposed therebetween, and configured to directly connect the drive shaft and the rotor hub to selectively transmit the torque of the engine to the rotor hub, and a torque converter disposed at the side of the transmission in the axial direction with the hub plate part interposed therebetween to be connected to the rotor hub, and configured to multiply the torque of the engine, torque of the motor, or the torque of the engine and the motor when a vehicle is initially driven, or to transmit it to the transmission in a ratio of 1:1, wherein at least one fluid groove for supplying an operating fluid to the rotor to cool the rotor between the rotor hub and the engine clutch is formed on a surface of the hub plate part toward the engine clutch based on the axial direction.

Reaction Force Output Device
The reaction force output device includes a drive source configured to output power to an operation portion in a direction opposite to an operating direction thereof; and a clutch mechanism interposed between the operation portion and the drive source and configured to connect and disconnect transmission of the power to the operation portion, wherein the clutch mechanism includes a first rotating body connected to the drive source side and to which the power of the drive source is transmitted, a second rotating body connected to the operation portion side, disposed coaxially with the first rotating body and configured to be relatively rotatable with respect to the first rotating body, a clutch lever rotatably supported by the first rotating body, and a plurality of engagement portions disposed at the second rotating body in a circumferential direction thereof and engaged with the clutch lever.
Slip control method and arrangement for a drivetrain architecture including a continuously variable transmission
A slip control method and arrangement for a drivetrain including a continuously variable transmission, forward-reverse clutch arrangement and an optional three-speed gearbox is described herein. The forward-reverse clutch arrangement includes a clutch that is so controlled as to slip when a torque higher than the usable torque attempts to pass through. Accordingly, the clutch prevents the prime mover from stalling.
Transfer Case with Oil Distribution
A transfer case comprises a primary output shaft, a secondary output shaft, a clutch, and a plurality of valves. The primary output shaft includes a hub rotationally coupled thereto. The clutch is selectively couples the primary output shaft to the secondary output shaft to transfer torque therebetween. The clutch includes a housing, interleaved plates, and an apply plate. The housing is rotationally coupled to the secondary output shaft. The interleaved plates alternate between a first subset of the interleaved plates rotationally coupled to the hub, and a second subset of the interleaved plates rotationally coupled to the housing. The apply plate compresses the interleaved plates for transferring torque between the hub and the housing. The valves selectively release oil supplied through the primary output shaft into the housing. Each valve includes a bore formed in the hub and a valve rod movable by the apply plate to open the valve.
