Drivetrain layout with CVT
A drivetrain layout that includes a primary gear reduction, a continuously variable transmission (CVT), a peak torque limiting (PTL) device and a range box is provided. The primary gear reduction is operationally engaged to an output of a motor. The CVT includes a primary pulley and a secondary pulley. The primary pulley of the CVT is operationally engaged to the primary gear reduction. The primary gear reduction reduces a rotational speed of the output of the motor that is coupled to the primary pulley of the CVT. The range box is operationally engaged with the secondary pulley of the CVT. The range box is configured to coupled torque between the CVT and wheels of a vehicle. The PTL device in operational engagement between the secondary pulley of the CVT and the range box, the PTL device configured to protect the drivetrain layout from torque transients.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CALIBRATING DESIRABLE ENGINE SPEED FOR POWER TAKE-OFF OPERATIONS
The present invention relates to a system and method of calibrating a desirable engine speed for power take-off (PTO) operation. In particular, the present invention discloses having an instrument cluster unit (ICU) (102) that allows an operator to select a fourth desirable speed value for PTO operation, and a signal actuating module (SAM) (104) that may be configured to receive the value from the ICU (102) and store the value in its memory. Further, the present invention describes having a common power-train control unit (CPC) connected to the SAM (104) and configured to receive the desirable speed value from the SAM (104), and in response, modify one or more engine parameters to attain the desirable speed value for operating an engine PTO.
DRIVE ARRANGEMENT FOR A TRACTOR
Disclosed is a drive arrangement for a tractor. In one example, the drive arrangement includes a first powertrain, a power take-off for driving a coupled attachment unit, and/or including a pump power take off for driving at least one hydraulic pump. A second powertrain has a vehicle transmission with at least one transmission output for driving at least one vehicle axle. A first electric machine can be coupled in terms of drive to the first powertrain. A second electric machine can be coupled in terms of drive to the second powertrain.

ELECTRIFIED TRACTOR AND COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM
An electrified tractor includes a vehicle body, an electric motor, a battery, an inverter configured to control input-output electric power of the battery, a wheel for traveling, and a control device. On condition that the electrified tractor travels inside a restriction area determined in advance as one condition, the control device controls the inverter such that the input-output electric power of the battery falls within a specific electric power range determined in advance. The control device determines whether or not there is a possibility that the electrified tractor moves from the restriction area to outside the restriction area. In a case where an affirmative determination is made in a determination process during a restriction process, the control device expands the specific electric power range as compared with a case where a negative determination is made in the determination process.

Transmission system for a work vehicle
A powershift transmission for a work vehicle includes a speed section. Within the speed section, a speed C clutch is engageable to transfer rotational power from a speed input shaft to a speed countershaft via first and second speed gears, a speed A clutch is engageable to transfer rotational power from the speed input shaft to the speed countershaft via third and fourth speed gears, and a speed B clutch is engageable to transfer rotational power from the speed input shaft to the speed countershaft via fifth and sixth speed gears. A first gear ratio between the first and second speed gears is greater than a second gear ratio between the third and fourth speed gears and a third gear ratio between the fifth and sixth speed gears.
