Systems and methods for controlling driving dynamics in a vehicle
A system for controlling movement of a vehicle includes a user input device and computing system. The user input device dynamically controls a settings or balance of driving dynamics in a vehicle, and the user input device is configured to receive a manual input from a user. The computing system controls the settings of the vehicle driving dynamics and/or balance of the vehicle, the computing system is in data communication with the user input device and configured to change the driving dynamics balance proportionately to the manual input upon receiving an input command based on the manual input from the user input device.
Electric drivetrain system and method having a single speed ratio direct drive
A machine having a series electric drivetrain system includes an engine to provide mechanical energy to an electric generator, the electric generator able to convert the mechanical energy received from the engine into electrical energy, the electric generator including an input shaft extending through the electric generator, a rotor to rotate on the input shaft, and the input shaft is able to rotate an input gear, an idler gear, a pump drive gear, and a rotor gear, a motor to receive the electrical energy and to produce a rotational output, a single speed ratio direct drive to transfer the rotational output of the motor to a torque output to deliver to a drive shaft, and power electronics to control the electrical energy between the electric generator and the motor and to regulate the rotational output of the motor.
Battery pack mounting system and mounting method
A battery pack mounting system includes, among other things, an outboard bracket connecting a battery pack to a vehicle underbody, a first inboard bracket connecting the battery pack to the vehicle underbody, and a second inboard bracket connecting the battery pack to a tunnel of the vehicle underbody.
Vehicle differential disconnect assembly
A vehicle differential disconnect assembly can include a differential case, a differential gear set, and a torque distribution device. The differential gear set is carried within the differential case. The torque distribution device transfers torque between the differential gear set and side shafts of the accompanying vehicle driveline. The torque distribution device can include a clutch pack and an actuator assembly. The clutch pack is located at a first side of the differential case relative to the differential gear set, and the actuator assembly is located at a second side of the differential case relative to the differential gear set. The actuator assembly has a mover that transmits movement to the clutch pack when the actuator assembly actuates and deactuates the clutch pack.

POWERSHIFT TRANSMISSION FOR WORKING MACHINES
A powershift transmission of a flexible design for a working machine. The powershift transmission has at least six transmission shafts (2, 8, 15, 17, 22, 27, 30) arranged spaced apart from one another. A loose wheel (25), connected to the clutch (26) for the third gear, meshes with a fixed wheel (29) which is connected to the drive output shaft (30) in a rotationally fixed manner.

Multipurpose Vehicle
A multipurpose vehicle includes an engine, a fuel supply unit that supplies fuel to the engine, a gear transmission device that changes speed of power from the engine through a shifting operation, a coupling state detection sensor that detects a coupling state of the gear transmission device, a determination unit that determines whether the coupling state is an incomplete coupling state based on a detection signal from the coupling state detection sensor, and a fuel supply control unit that executes a fuel cut to reduce a fuel supply amount of the fuel from the fuel supply unit to the engine to a value less than a reference value, if the determination unit determines that the coupling state is the incomplete coupling state.

ONE-PEDAL SPEED CONTROL FOR OFF-ROAD DRIVING
A vehicle with one-pedal driving mode includes a first axle having a first electric machine configured to power first wheels and a second axle having a second electric machine configured to power second wheels. A controller is programmed to, in response to a request for one-pedal driving mode, map pedal positions of the accelerator pedal to speeds of the first and second wheels such that each of the pedal positions corresponds to a driver-demanded speed of the first and second wheels, and control one or more of the electric machine so that the vehicle is propelled according to the driver-demanded speed.
