VEHICLE INSTRUMENT PANEL
The present disclosure relates to a vehicle instrument panel, including: a plurality of displays; a cover glass covering the plurality of displays; and a first frame of a metal material that supports the plurality of displays by being press-fitted to the cover glass with the plurality of displays interposed therebetween.
DISPLAY CONTROL DEVICE AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM
A display control device controls display of a virtual image which is superimposed on foreground of a vehicle by projection of a display light image from an optical unit to a projection area. The display control device sets a projection position of the display light image which is projected in the projection area on the basis of a relative position of a superimposition object on which the virtual image is superimposed, obtains a measurement information from one vehicle height sensor measuring a displacement in a vertical direction occurring in the vehicle, obtains a gradient information indicating a gradient of a road on which the vehicle travels on the basis of three-dimensional map data, and corrects the projection position of the display light image on the basis of the measurement information and the gradient information.
HEAD-UP DISPLAY DEVICE
A head-up display device includes a casing provided inside an instrument panel. The casing includes an upper case constituting an upper part of the casing and provided with a fragile portion that is configured to be broken when an impact load is input to the casing from an upper side in a vehicle up-down direction, and a lower case constituting a lower part of the casing, provided with a light source unit configured to emit image information, and having a rigidity higher than that of the upper case.
HEAD-UP DISPLAY DEVICE AND MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR HEAD-UP DISPLAY DEVICE
A head-up display device includes a casing provided inside an instrument panel and provided with a concave mirror configured to project image information emitted from a light source onto a front windshield glass. In the head-up display device, a retraction portion is provided on a lower side of the concave mirror in a vehicle up-down direction and configured to allow the concave mirror to move downward in the vehicle up-down direction when an impact load is input to the concave mirror from an upper side in the vehicle up-down direction.
DISPLAY DEVICE
A plurality of displays; a display controller configured to determine each content of information to be displayed by each of the plurality of displays and to display the determined each content of information on each of the plurality of displays; and a receptor configured to receive a selection operation of an occupant, and in a case where an operation of selecting one of a plurality of options in a first mode is received by the receptor in a state where list information including the plurality of options is displayed on a first display included in the plurality of displays, the display controller is configured to display relevant information related to the option selected in the first mode on a second display different from the first display among the plurality of displays.
DISPLAY SCREEN MOUNTING SYSTEM
A vehicle instrument panel assembly includes a display screen positioned within a housing, wherein the housing includes first and second protrusions. The vehicle instrument panel assembly includes a cross-car beam and a first bracket coupled to the cross-car beam. A second bracket is coupled to the first bracket and the first and second protrusions.
FRAME FOR A DISPLAY DEVICE, DISPLAY DEVICE, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A frame for a display device extends in a main plane. The frame includes a plurality of segments coupled to one another, including at least a first segment having at least one injection orifice allowing the injection of an optical adhesive. The plurality of segments defines an opening therebetween delimited by a plurality of inner edges facing each segment, including at least a first inner edge of the first segment. The first segment includes an injection channel having a first end and a second end. The first end is fluidly connected to the injection orifice, and the second end forms the first inner edge of the first segment.
Docks, computing devices, methods for controlling a dock, and methods for controlling a computing device
According to various embodiments, a dock may be provided. The dock may include: a first attachment member configured to attach to an external item; a second attachment member configured to receive a computing device; and a scroll wheel configured to provide user input to the computing device.
Transparent display panel cooling
In described examples, an image-generating panel is arranged for modulating a projection beam to include a modulated optical image. A cooling device is arranged to transfer heat received from the image-generating panel to a heat sink. The cooling device is arranged to receive the projection beam on a first side and to transmit the projection beam from a second side. The heat received from the image-generating panel can include heat generated by the image-generating panel in response to incidental sunlight.
Mobile device dash kit and method of installation
A casing removably attached to a vehicle dashboard using a plurality of mating components. The casing is configured to receive and release a mobile device that is slidably insertable through an aperture in a surface of the casing. The casing is configured with an opening to view the display of the device and has a securing mechanism to hold the inserted device in place. The mounting/mating components may be magnetic. There is a method of installing a removably mountable casing having preattached mounting components to a vehicle dashboard. The method comprises removing the dashboard, aligning the casing against a front side of the dashboard; preparing the dashboard at a location where a plurality of mating components will be attached; attaching the plurality of mating components to the location; reconnecting the dashboard; and mounting the casing such that the mounting components correspondingly mate to the mating components on the dashboard.
