HEAVY DUTY WASHING APPARATUS
A heavy duty washing apparatus for cleaning cooking substrates including hotplates and grills comprising: a. a self-contained housing allowing readily movability; b. a plurality of functionally interconnected stations for receiving supply of water, a chemical cleaning agent composition and a pressurised fluid; c. a pressurising station and a temperature conditioning station; d. a foam generator in the housing using controlling feeds from the plurality of interconnected stations and functionally engaging with the pressurising station and the temperature conditioning station for providing an effective chemical cleaning agent composition for conditioning one or more of the supply of water, the chemical cleaning agent composition and the pressurised fluid and e. a washing compartment adapted to receive one or more of the cooking substrates in a stackable substantially planar spaced array; wherein the effective chemical cleaning agent composition allows for cleaning over an effective cleaning time in a chemical, aerobic and physical manner cooking residues on the cooking substrates by retaining of said foam layer for a predetermined period in contact with the cooking surfaces, and rinsing the foam layer with preselected conditioned high temperature and/or pressurised water to remove chemical and food residues.
SURFACE TREATMENT MACHINE WITH SPEED CONTROL
A surface treatment machine, comprising a frame configured to translate with respect to a surface to treat, a surface treatment element connected to said frame and configured to treat with liquid a surface, a reservoir connected to the frame arranged to provide liquid to the surface treatment element through a delivery mouth; an adjustment element arranged to feed adjustably the liquid supplied from the reservoir to the delivery mouth. It is then provided a sensor configured to measure the speed of the frame with respect to the surface to treat. A control unit receives from the sensor a signal proportional to a speed for adjusting the adjustment element responsive to this value, in order to deliver the liquid with optimization of the flow-rate. It is possible then to maximize the range of the machine, and to optimize the working time of the operator.
SELF-CLEANING CARPET
The present invention is a fiber self-cleaning system. The fiber self-cleaning system of the present invention includes interlocking mats containing bores for receiving cleaning tubes, cleaning tubes for mounting with the mat bores having an open top, beveled interior chamber and at least one transverse side opening, fiber groups mounted within the beveled interior chamber of the cleaning tubes, a water and vacuum line operatively connected to the cleaning tubes to introduce water, chemicals and air to the fiber groups or to apply a vacuum force to the fiber groups, and a pump operatively connected to the cleaning tubes to introduce or suction out water, chemicals and dirt from the fiber groups.
PUMP AND DISHWASHER COMPRISING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a pump and a dishwasher including the same. The pump of the present invention includes a housing having a cylindrical shape to contain water; an rotatable impeller to discharge the water in the housing to an external; a heater cover to form a bottom surface of the housing; a heater plate joined to a lower side of the heater cover; and a heater joined to a lower side of the heater plate to heat the heater plate. The heater is not in directly contact with the heater cover.
DISHWASHER WITH HIGH-VELOCITY SPRAYER
A dishwasher for treating dishes according to a cycle of operation, the dishwasher comprising a tub at least partially defining a treating chamber, a dish rack received within the treating chamber and configured for receiving dishes for treatment during the cycle of operation, a sprayer located within the treating chamber and above the dish rack, and emitting a second liquid at a second speed, greater than the first speed, downwardly onto the dish rack to form a high-speed spray.
FLOOR CLEANING DEVICE WITH DISINFECTION CAPABILITIES
Methods and systems for cleaning floor surfaces are provided. In various embodiments, floor cleaning devices comprise enhanced cleaning and disinfecting capabilities. A clean fluid storage tank and a spent fluid storage tank are provided on-board the device. Means for creating cavitation bubbles to enhance cleaning are contemplated. Additionally, chemical agents and systems are contemplated for sanitizing surfaces as well as fluid that is captured or recaptured by the device.
SCRUBBING DEVICE FOR CLEANING, SANITIZING OR DISINFECTING
A cleaning, sanitizing or disinfecting scrubbing device includes a body, a non-thermal plasma generator and damp wipe. Generated plasma activates fluid in the wipe. The device may include spacer posts between the body and wipe and a conductive mesh between the body and wipe or embedded in the wipe. Another embodiment includes a reservoir for holding a water- based fluid, a fluid delivery element connected to the reservoir by a tube through which the fluid can flow and a non-thermal plasma geneator. The non-thermal plasma generator activates the fluid. In one embodiment the scrubbing device is a mitt. In another embodiment the scrubbing device is a glove.
DISHWASHER
A dishwasher includes a tub, a spray arm, a sump, a pump body, the pump body including a partition between first and second chambers, a communication hole in the partition that communicates with the first and second chambers, a pump flow path that connects the sump to the first chamber, an arm flow path that connects the spray arm to the second chamber, an impeller in the second chamber, a heating unit to heat water in the first chamber, a steam flow path that connects the first chamber to the tub, a connection flow path that connects the steam flow path to the arm flow path, and a flow path valve configured to close the steam flow path based on water being supplied to the connection flow path, and to open the steam flow path based on a lack of water being supplied to the connection flow path.
DISHWASHING APPLIANCE HAVING AN AIR-DRYING DEHUMIDIFICATION ASSEMBLY
A dishwashing appliance may include a cabinet, a tub, a pump, a spray assembly, a fluid recirculation duct a sorption segment, and an electric heating assembly. The tub may be housed within the cabinet and define a wash chamber. The spray assembly may be housed within the wash chamber of the tub in fluid communication with the pump. The fluid recirculation duct may define a duct path extending from a path inlet to a path outlet to recirculate air. The sorption segment may be disposed along the duct path and include a reversibly dehydratable material. The electric heating assembly may be disposed outside of the wash chamber in thermal communication with the sorption segment to selectively heat the sorption segment.
Method of using high velocity water to remove puddling in a dishwasher
A method of washing dishes in an automated dishwasher utilizing a high velocity sprayer and high velocity spray phase for forcibly spraying water from concavities on washed dishes or utensils in which liquid can puddle in the cavities of the dishes or utensils during previous washing or rinsing cycles.
