VEHICLE INFORMATION DISPLAY SYSTEM
A vehicle information display system includes: a master-side instrument including a first power transmission coil, a first signal transmission coil, and a first case; and a meter instrument including a display unit, a second power transmission coil, a second signal transmission coil, and a second case. The master-side instrument and the meter instrument have a positional relation such that in a state in which a fitting recessed part of the first case and the second case are fitted to each other, the first power transmission coil is opposed to the second power transmission coil, and the first signal transmission coil is opposed to the second signal transmission coil.
Electronics systems cluster with interlocking brackets
An electronics systems cluster includes a plurality of brackets, a plurality of electronic devices held in the plurality of brackets and an interlocking feature securing the plurality of brackets directly together into a small footprint configuration less likely to interfere with driver sight lines. A related method of reducing a footprint of an electronics systems cluster is also disclosed.

Right-hand drive dash assembly and conversion process
A right-hand drive conversion for a medium duty truck. The conversion process includes removal of dash assembly components and a sub-dash from the cab of a medium duty truck, such as a Freightliner M2. The conversion dash assembly includes a unitary dash and a plurality of brackets. The brackets are mounted to the left and right cab walls and the firewall.
MODULAR ENTERTAINMENT CONTROL SYSTEM
Multi-functional audio and lighting devices are enclosed in snap-in modules adapted to fit in industry standard rocker switch panels. Each module has at least two functional parts. Included are auxiliary audio jacks, with USB charging ports and with or without a voltmeter; a Bluetooth transceiver with pairing and volume controls; an FM radio receiver with channel scan and a channel display; a single (dual-function) knob audio controller; a push-button audio controller; and an RGB LED controller with color, flash, and speed controls. A modular rocker switch panel that can be configured for two or more switches is presented. Various numbers and types of multi-function modules can be configured in a panel to customize an entertainment system. The modules are preferably marine grade and may have optional tethered water resistant covers.
Display device
A display device includes an image display device that includes an image display surface that emits light polarized in one direction and displays an image; and a superimposing display device that includes a transparent light guide plate that is provided overlapping the image display surface, transmits the light emitted from the image display device, and also has grooves constituting a pattern formed thereon, includes a light source that irradiates an end surface of the transparent light guide plate with light, and is switched between display and non-display of the pattern based on lighting and non-lighting of the light source. A polarization direction of the image display device and an extending direction of the grooves intersect at an angle range of 75 to 105. Accordingly, the display device can ensure proper visibility.
Three piece modular automotive instrument panel
An example instrument panel includes a plurality of modules and first and second section. Each section includes a module-receiving area. The plurality of modules are interchangeable. The module-receiving areas can each receive at least one of the plurality of modules. An alternate instrument panel and a method of assembling also include interchangeable modules.
CONTENT DISPLAY DEVICE FOR ROAD VEHICLE AND RELATIVE ROAD VEHICLE
A content display device for a road vehicle comprising a support element configured to be mounted centrally at a dashboard or a central tunnel of the road vehicle; at least one screen, mechanically connected to the support element and configured to be visible to a passenger and/or to a driver while driving; a first portion configured to be mounted in an integral non-removable manner on the road vehicle and a second portion removable from the road vehicle, comprising the at least one screen; the device further comprising, between the first portion and the second portion, an attachment/detachment system configured to allow connection, in a removable manner by the driver or the passenger, of the second portion to the first portion.
Interchangeable face gauge for an automobile
An interchangeable face gauge structure for automobile gauges comprises a gauge body, a face gauge, a retainer ring and an outer cover. The gauge body and outer cover are combined by means of assembling, which causes the outer cover to be dismountable from and re-mountable on the gauge body. The face gauge is additionally mounted on the surface of the light directing panel on the gauge body, which allows the face gauge to be replaceable with one of the type to the liking of the user after the outer cover is dismounted from the gauge body, improving the variability and visual effect of the gauge body. Further, with the convenience of the outer cover being easily mountable on the gauge body, the user is allowed to replace and mount parts by themselves, adding to the practicality of the structure.
