10264945 · 2019-04-23 · ·

A device for washing articles includes a pre-wash section for the removal of particles from the articles, a wash section for the removal of residue from the articles, a pre-wash conveyor for conveying the articles in the pre-wash section, and a wash conveyor for conveying articles in the wash section. The pre-wash conveyor and the wash conveyors are separate with the pre-wash conveyor terminating at the commencement of the wash conveyor, and the articles are transferred from the pre-wash conveyor to the wash conveyor.

ULTRASONIC ZERO VORTEX VACUUM

This document is an abstract of Vecter

This is my description of a new type of vacuum cleaner it uses forced positive pressure as well as negative vacuum pressure.

It uses both high and low velocity air pumped in to the suction nozzle.

Zero vortex is maintained by a variable air flow control module.

Because of the efficiency of this machine the noise levels are lower than any other vacuum.

The high velocity air is gained by means of a screw compressor driven by the motor.

The high velocity air is dispersed through ultrasonic jets at the pickup head.

The low velocity air pumped through venturi to the pickup head and maintains movement of particles at all times as there is zero vortex and air circulates continuously.

Portable handheld submersible ultrasonic cleaning device

A portable handheld submersible ultrasonic cleaning device has a generally elongate body defining proximal and distal ends, a power supply and an ultrasonic transducer powered thereby, wherein the distal end exposes the ultrasonic transducer to agitate surrounding water when the base is submerged in the water use. A propeller device comprising a propeller may force the water across the ultrasonic transducer. When cleaning, the device may be held with the distal end thereof submerged for enhanced cleaning and removing surface contaminants such as dust, dirt, oil, pigments, bacteria and the like. The device may be stood upright upon the base on the floor of a container for hands-free application of ultrasound whilst cleaning.

CLEANING APPARATUS AND METHOD USING AN ACOUSTIC TRANSDUCER

An apparatus and method for cleaning a surface, the apparatus comprising: a body defining a cavity, the body terminating in a distal end that is adapted, in use, to be in the vicinity of a surface to be cleaned such that the surface to be cleaned forms an end wall of a chamber including the cavity; at least one cleaning liquid inlet for flow of a cleaning liquid into the chamber; a divider located in or at the end of the cavity that divides the chamber into a first portion and a second portion, the second portion, in use, being in fluid communication with the surface to be cleaned; and an acoustic transducer associated with the first portion of the chamber to introduce acoustic energy into the chamber; wherein the divider is adapted to permit the passage of acoustic energy therethrough from the first portion of the chamber to the second portion of the chamber to thereby allow pressure fluctuations to be generated at the surface to be cleaned.

Domestic Dishwasher And Dishwashing Method

The invention relates to a method of automatic dishwashing in a dishwasher having a wash tank, comprising: in a first step, delivering a first composition to dishware in the tank in the form of a mist; and afterwards, in a second step, delivering a second composition to the dishware in the tank in the form of a jet; wherein the first and second compositions are different, the first composition comprises a bleach, and the second composition is alkaline and comprises a builder. The invention also provides a dishwasher adapted to carry out the inventive method.

A METHOD OF, AND AN APPARATUS FOR, RINSING MATERIALOGRAPHIC SAMPLES

The present invention relates to a method of, and an apparatus for, rinsing materialographic samples. The method includes the steps of: arranging one or more materialographic samples in a sample holder; connecting the sample holder (10) to a rotation head of a rinsing device; placing the sample holder connected to the rotation head in the vessel of the rinsing device; rotating the sample holder relative to the vessel; filling the vessel with a rinsing liquid; and subjecting the materialographic samples in the sample holder to ultrasonic waves.

Acoustic transducer system

A system comprises a support, typically part of dishwashing machine or clothes washing machine, having a plurality of piezoelectric transducers. Each transducer can have a cylindrical housing with a water inlet along a side surface of the housing. The transducers can also comprise a lens and a piezoelectric material with electrodes configured to couple to a power supply.
