STABILIZATION OF EAR DEVICES
20210077024 · 2021-03-18 ·

Systems and methods are described herein for obtaining diagnostic data from a subject's ear. The device has an inserted position, a rotated position, a central body, an extension, and a receptor. The extension is connected to the central body and is adapted for insertion into the ear canal. In some implementations, the device comprises a first flexible arm and a second flexible arm extending from the central body. At least one of the flexible arms bends to confirm o the concha of the ear when the device is in the rotated position. The first and second flexible arms are configured to encourage a placement of the device such that the receptor is able to obtain the diagnostic data from the ear drum when the device is in the rotated position.

A capsule core and a capsule endoscope are provided. The capsule core includes a printed circuit board module, connecting structures and functional units. The printed circuit board module includes more than more printed circuit boards connected through flexible circuit boards and spaced apart. The connecting structures connect adjacent printed circuit boards. The functional units are mounted on the printed circuit boards or the connecting structures, and at least part of the functional units communicates with the printed circuit boards.

Active lens defogging for digital imaging systems

A lightfield otoscope includes a housing with a tip configured to receive a disposable speculum. The otoscope also includes a microlens array, a sensor array and an optical train contained within the housing. The optical train includes an objective lens and a relay lens. The objective lens is positioned at least partially within the tip. The relay lens is used to relay an image plane of the objective lens to the microlens array and to relay a pupil plane of the objective lens to the sensor array. An active heating element is also contained within the housing and positioned to heat the front surface, thereby reducing fogging and/or condensation on the front surface.

CABLE AND MEDICAL HOLLOW TUBE

A cable includes a sheath, and a coating film covering a circumference of the sheath, the coating film adhering to the sheath. The coating film is formed from a rubber composition including a rubber component and fine particles. A static friction coefficient on a surface of the coating film is 0.5 or less. When the coating film is subjected to a testing such that a long fiber non-woven fabric including cotton linters including an alcohol for disinfection with a length of 50 mm along a wiping direction is brought contiguous to the surface of the coating film at a shearing stress of 210.sup.3 MPa to 410.sup.3 MPa, followed by wiping off the surface of the coating film at a speed of 80 times/min to 120 times/min and 20,000 repetitions thereof for a wiping direction length of 150 mm, a difference (an absolute value of a difference) between the static friction coefficients of the coating film before and after the testing is not greater than 0.1.

MOLDED ARTICLE AND HOLLOW TUBE

A coating film is provided in a cable, a medical hollow tube, a molded article and a hollow tube.

STEERABLE MEDICAL DEVICE HAVING AN IMAGING SYSTEM

Embodiments of the disclosure may include a medical device comprising an elongate member and a handle assembly connected to the elongate member. The handle housing may house a steering mechanism movable relative to the handle assembly and configured to steer the elongate member along a first plane and a second plane different from the first plane, a camera system configured to capture images from a distal end of the elongate member, and an illumination system configured to provide illuminating light from the distal end of the elongate member.

Oral endoscope

The present application relates to the technical field of oral care devices, and discloses an oral endoscope, the oral endoscope comprising: a housing; an image acquisition module, which is fixedly mounted within the housing and which is used for acquiring an external image through the housing, the image acquisition module comprising at least two camera units, which are relatively positionally calibrated and which are used for acquiring three-dimensional image information; an illuminating unit, which provides illumination for each camera unit; a wireless communications module, which is used for wirelessly communicating with an external device and for sending image information, which is acquired by the image acquisition module, to the external device. The oral endoscope may acquire three-dimensional images at various positions in an oral cavity; the oral endoscope need not scan various positions in the oral cavity according to a set sequential requirement, thus the operational requirements thereof are low, and the present invention may be used for self-serviced dentition molding by an ordinary user.
