In some embodiments, a visualization device for a robotic surgery apparatus can include a housing configured to be removably attached to a mounting interface of the apparatus and be positioned adjacent an insertion device of the apparatus. The housing can include first and second openings positioned on an exterior of the housing. The housing can include a substantially flexible camera tube with a first end attached to the housing and a second end including at least one camera. The second end can be inserted through the first opening in the housing, pass through interior of the housing, and exit the housing through the second opening in the housing. The second end can extend away from the housing toward a region of interest outside the housing or retract away from the region of interest and back toward the housing. The camera tube can form a loop around a portion of the housing.

The endoscope accessory assembly may further comprise a dimension-compensating component comprising a second base, a plurality of flexible arms extending radially out from the second base, and at least one chamber at a distal end of the flexible arms. The accessory device is configured to be over-molded onto the dimension-compensating component in order to form the endoscope accessory assembly.

A multifunctional visualization instrument is provided that, in certain embodiments, includes a body having a proximal end and a distal end. The multifunctional visualization instrument includes a display screen on the body and a camera stick at the distal end of the body and comprising an arm and a camera. The arm of the camera stick is sized to fit within a channel of a removable laryngoscope blade. The multifunctional visualization instrument includes a port on a surface of the laryngoscope, configured to mate with an introducer and a steering input for steering the introducer, displayed on the display screen simultaneously with an image of the patient captured by the camera.
