ENDOSCOPE IMAGE-CAPTURING DEVICE AND ENDOSCOPE DEVICE
An endoscope image-capturing device includes: a first case inside of which is sealed; an image sensor arranged inside the first case; an electro-optic conversion element arranged outside the first case and configured to convert an image signal output from the image sensor into an optical signal; and a sealing member sealing the electro-optic conversion element.
AN ENHANCED FLEXIBLE ROBOTIC ENDOSCOPY APPARATUS
An enhanced flexible robotic endoscopy apparatus includes a main body and flexible elongate shaft. The main body comprises a proximal end, a distal end and a housing that extends to the proximal end and the housing comprises a plurality of surfaces and a plurality of insertion inlets which reside on at least one of the surface of the housing at the proximal end of the main body, through which a plurality of channels for endoscopy are accessible. Each of the insertion inlets has insertion axis corresponding thereto, along which flexible elongate assemblies are insertable, with the insertion axes of the insertion inlets being parallel to the central axis of the flexible elongate shaft at the proximal end of the flexible elongate shaft.
CONNECTOR
A connector comprises an upper surface finger-resting portion that extends in the longitudinal axial direction on the outer periphery of the gripping portion, and on which the first finger is placed, a lower surface finger-resting portion on which the second finger or the third finger is rested when the connector is gripped by placing the first finger on the upper surface finger-resting portion, and a guide protrusion portion that is arranged on the same straight line as the upper surface finger-resting portion in the longitudinal axial direction and determines the position to be inserted, in which the connector is directly fitted into the receiving-side connector by directing the finger tip of the first finger that is placed on the upper surface finger-resting portion to the guide groove of the receiving-side connector and inserting the connector.
METHOD FOR COLLECTING TISSUE
A method for collecting tissue includes a body fluid removal step in which a body fluid inside a pancreatic cyst is moved to an outside of the pancreatic cyst, an injecting step in which a liquid different from the body fluid is injected into the pancreatic cyst, a collecting step in which the liquid is collected from the pancreatic cyst, and a separating step in which tissue of an inner wall of the pancreatic cyst, which is contained in the liquid collected from the pancreatic cyst, is separated from the liquid.
SET OF CONNECTORS, FLANGE, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SET OF CONNECTORS, AND ENDOSCOPE
A manufacturing method of a set of connectors includes: a step of measuring an emitting direction of light emitted from a plurality of ferrules; a step of grouping the plurality of ferrules into a first group or a second group, based on whether the emitting direction is right or left of a straight line connecting a reference fitting portion closest to the emitting direction of the light and an optical axis; a step of fabricating a plug using the ferrule belonging to the first group; and a step of fabricating a receptacle using the ferrule belonging to the second group.
LINEAR MEMBER DELIVERY DEVICE FOR ENDOSCOPE
A linear member delivery device for the endoscope includes: a nozzle including an inlet, an outlet, and an insertion path; a fitting portion fitted to an endoscope; a holding portion configured to hold a linear member; and a switching portion configured to connect the fitting portion and the nozzle such that a crossing angle of an opening of the endoscope and a center axis of the nozzle can be switched to a plurality of angles in a state that the fitting portion is fitted to the endoscope.
IMAGING PROBE WITH COMBINED ULTRASOUND AND OPTICAL MEANS OF IMAGING
The present invention provides an imaging probe for imaging mammalian tissues and structures using high resolution imaging, including high frequency ultrasound and optical coherence tomography. The imaging probes structures using high resolution imaging use combined high frequency ultrasound (IVUS) and optical imaging methods such as optical coherence tomography (OCT) and to accurate co-registering of images obtained from ultrasound image signals and optical image signals during scanning a region of interest.
ELEVATOR ATTACHMENT, ENDOSCOPE, METHOD OF ATTACHING ELEVATOR ATTACHMENT AND METHOD OF REMOVING ELEVATOR ATTACHMENT
An elevator attachment attachable to and detachable from an endoscope includes a holding body including an inclined surface plate covering a part of the inclined surface of the endoscope, a first plate raising from an edge of the inclined surface plate and located along the first inner wall and a second plate abutting against the second inner wall, and an elevator pivotally supported between the first and second plates and including a lever connection part to be connected to the lever, and the elevator attachment is to be attached to a first jig including a first abutting portion abutting against the inclined surface plate, an elastic plate projecting from the first abutting portion toward a space between the first and second plates, and a first retention projection projecting from an edge of the elastic plate toward the first plate and abutting against an end surface of the first plate.
ANTI-LEAK VALVE UNIT FOR OVERTUBE
An anti-leak valve unit (1) is removably attached to a base end portion (43) of an overtube (4) that includes an inner cavity (42) through which an endoscope is to be removably inserted, and that is to be inserted into a body cavity. The anti-leak valve unit (1) includes a frame portion (3) attached to an outer circumferential surface (44) of the base end portion (43) of the overtube (4), a fitting device (2) provided on the frame portion (3) so as to be removably engaged with the outer circumferential surface (44) of the base end portion (43), and a valve element (5) provided inside the frame portion (3). The valve element (5) includes an annular endoscope insertion port located at a generally central portion of the valve element (5) so as to be circumferentially fitted to the endoscope, and a flexible elastic portion provided around the endoscope insertion port.
ASSIST DEVICE AND ENDOSCOPIC SYSTEM
An assist device includes: a connecting section communicatively connected to the channel; a holding section attached to an outer side of either the insertion section of the endoscope or an operation section connected to the insertion section; and a flexible section forming an insertion path through which the treatment instrument is inserted, and including an expansion-and-contraction section including a more deformable structure than any other parts in an entire length between one end and another end of the flexible section. The flexible section is connected to the connecting section at the one end and connected to the holding section at the another end.
