Structure of vehicle cabin
A structure of a vehicle cabin includes a vehicle seat arranged inside the vehicle cabin and above electronic equipment, a first panel unit composing a part of a floor panel, arranged to overlap the electronic equipment when viewed from a vehicle-height direction, and supporting the electronic equipment from a vehicle lower side directly or via a member, and a second panel unit composing a part of the floor panel and arranged in front of the electronic equipment in the vehicle front-rear direction to overlap the electronic equipment when viewed from the vehicle front-rear direction. The floor panel separates the inside of the vehicle cabin from the outside thereof and composes a lower part of the vehicle cabin.
SEAT BASE ASSEMBLY OF A VEHICLE
A removable seat assembly for a vehicle, including a base assembly having a riser portion configured to support a seat; a frame structure coupled to and supporting the riser portion, the frame structure defining a first generally planar surface configured to support a floor section; a seat dolly coupled to the frame structure, the seat dolly including a plurality of wheels for moving the seat assembly from a first position to a second position; a floor base assembly defining a substantially planar surface for receiving the plurality of wheels of the seat dolly as the seat assembly is moved from the first position to the second position; and a mounting bracket configured to releasably lock the seat dolly to the floor base assembly.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING VEHICLE SEAT CORE MEMBER AND VEHICLE SEAT CORE MEMBER
A method for manufacturing including securing attachments disposed near both ends in the seat core member front portion made of a molded article of expanded beads, the securing attachments being connected by an embedded connecting member extending in the seat core member longitudinal direction. The securing attachment includes a base embedded in the molded article of expanded beads, an upright frame joined to the base to extend out of the molded article of expanded beads, and a securing portion extending from the upright frame to project away from the molded article of expanded beads. The method includes creating, during or after molding the molded article of expanded beads, a space or notch in an outer side of the securing attachment upright frame of the molded article of expanded beads in the seat core member longitudinal direction, the notch extending toward an outer side in the seat core member longitudinal direction.

UNDERBODY OF A VEHICLE
An underbody of a vehicle includes: a floor member formed through extrusion to extend in a width direction of the vehicle. The floor member is provided in plural such that a plurality of floor members is continuously disposed to be adjacent to one another in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. Upper surfaces of the floor members constitute a floor of the vehicle, and lower surfaces of the floor members constitute an upper battery case. The underbody further includes first welding areas each formed in a boundary area between the lower surfaces of adjacent ones of the floor members, to interconnect the adjacent floor members. The first welding areas are formed through friction stir welding and extend in the width direction of the vehicle.
