ARTICULATING MECHANICAL THIGH EXTENSION COMPOSITE TRIM PAYOUT LINKAGE SYSTEM
A vehicle seating assembly includes a seat frame seat frame having a seat frame, a first and second extendable members disposed on a forward portion of the seat frame and operable between an extended position and a retracted position. Each of the first and second extendable members comprises a movable housing, a support base attached to the seat frame and slidably coupled to the movable housing, a trim cover stock partially disposed above an upper surface of the movable housing and having a first fixed upper edge and a second movable lower edge, and a linkage system operatively coupling the movable housing to the second movable lower edge of the trim cover stock to maintain tension on the trim cover stock as either of the first and second extendable members is operated between the extended and retracted positions.

CONTROL DEVICE FOR THE COMFORT EQUIPMENT OF A PASSENGER TRANSPORT VEHICLE SEAT MODULE, SEAT MODULE AND SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING COMFORT EQUIPMENT
Disclosed is a device for controlling comfort equipment of a passenger transport vehicle seat module. With the control device including: a control unit, a transmitter/receiver intended to receive an adjusting command and to transmit it to the control unit; the control unit being able to transmit the adjusting command received to a piece of comfort equipment, a locking device including a maneuvering member, the locking device prevents the transmission of the adjusting command of the transmitter/receiver to the piece of comfort equipment, when the maneuvering member is actuated.
INDEPENDENT CUSHION THIGH SUPPORT
A vehicle seating assembly includes a base seat defining a seating surface configured to position an H-point of an occupant at a predetermined location. The base seat includes first and second sides. First and second seat bolsters are disposed at the first and second sides, respectively, of the base seat. First and second thigh supports are disposed forward of the base seat. The first and second thigh supports define a cushion split. A transverse seam extends across a forward edge of the base seat. The transverse seam is forward of the H-point a predetermined distance. The first and second thigh supports are pivotable about an axis disposed at the predetermined distance forward of the H-point.

Seat cushion extension apparatus for vehicle
A seat cushion extension apparatus for a vehicle seat includes an extension unit slidable from a front end portion of a seat frame in a vehicle to a position disposed forwards of the front end portion of the seat frame, locking units for locking the extension unit with respect to the seat frame at a locking position, and allowing the extension unit to be slidable such that the extension unit protrudes forwards of the seat frame at a release position, and a lever for controlling the locking units between the locking position and the release position. The extension unit is supported by guide shafts to be movable forwards and rearwards in housings fixed to the seat frame. The guide shafts are locked in the housings at the locking position and are movable with respect to the seat frame at the release position.
VEHICLE SEAT BOTTOM WITH INDEPENDENTLY DEPLOYABLE DEVICES
A seat bottom includes a frame, a first thigh support, a second thigh support, and a controller. The first thigh support and the second thigh support are each supported by the frame and are independently movable relative to the frame to adjustable positions. A first deployable device is coupled to the first thigh support, and a second deployable device is coupled to the second thigh support. At least one inflator is in fluid communication with at least one of the first and second deployable devices. The controller is programmed to independently inflate the first and second deployable devices based at least on the adjustable positions of the first and second thigh supports in response to a sensed vehicle impact.
