CUP HOLDER RELEASABLY MOUNTABLE ON AN ARMREST OF A VEHICLE
The present disclosure relates to a cup holder releasably mountable to an armrest of a vehicle. The cup holder comprises an end portion having a shape for holding a cup or bottle or beverage container, and an elongated tubular portion having a first end connected to the end portion and a second end, comprising an opening for receiving at least part of the armrest, and a clamping assembly for releasably clamping the armrest when inserted in the opening, without damaging the armrest.
CLOSE-OUT FOR ARMREST CAVITY
A seatback includes a trim cover/foam assembly including a foam cushion with a trim cover assembly disposed thereon. The trim cover/foam assembly has an occupant support side and a rear side opposite to the occupant support side, and defines an opening therethrough. The trim cover assembly includes a rear panel on the rear side for closing the opening. The seatback also includes an attachment member on the rear side of the trim cover/foam assembly configured to engage the rear panel and an armrest assembly including an armrest pivotally disposed on a frame at a rear portion of the armrest, with the armrest configured to pass through the opening. Upon installation of the armrest assembly, the rear panel is secured to the attachment member and sandwiched between the rear portion and the attachment member.
SELF-CLEANING FABRIC COVERS FOR AIRCRAFT FIXTURES
Described are self-cleaning covers for attaching to passenger seats. Embodiments of self-cleaning covers can include an antimicrobial fabric having at least one antimicrobial fiber interwoven with a second fiber, as well as an attachment element connected with the antimicrobial fabric for removably affixing the cover to the seat. The antimicrobial fabric and the attachment element can be shaped to partially enclose and to removably attach the self-cleaning cover to at least a portion of the passenger seat, such as a seat cushion, armrest, or headrest.

METHOD TO PRODUCE A CONNECTION FOR AN EQUIPMENT PART OF A VEHICLE
A method for producing a connection, including the steps of: providing a connecting part and a retaining part; making a cut-out in the retaining part, wherein a plane is created by the cut-out; turning a deformation region of the retaining part surrounding the cut-out out of the plane such that the cut-out is enlarged and a seat is produced; arranging the connecting part in the cut-out; and forming the deformation region back in the direction of the plane such that the cut-out is reduced in size and the retaining part is connected at least force-fittingly to the connecting part.
