An armrest device for a backrest of a vehicle seat may have at least an armrest body which is pivotable between a horizontal use position (UP) and a vertical stowed position (SR). The device may also have an armrest carrier structure. In the horizontal use position the armrest body may be located substantially laterally with respect to the armrest carrier structure and in the vertical stowed position the armrest body may be located substantially behind the armrest carrier structure. A backrest and a seat may use the armrest device.

An armrest includes an arm-side wire harness and an arm body member. The arm-side wire harness includes an electric wire and an arm-side connector on an end of the electric wire to be coupled to a mount member-side connector mounted on a mount member. The arm body member includes an arrangement section in which the electric wire of the arm-side wire harness is arranged and a mount member-side wall that is to be arranged opposite the mount member. The arm body member is to be fixed to the mount member while the mount member-side wall being opposite the mount member. The mount member-side wall includes a connector insertion hole through which the mount member-side connector can be inserted. The arm-side connector and the mount member-side connector can be arranged in the arrangement section. The arm body member includes an operation hole that is continuous from the arrangement section.

An embodiment console having a multi-storage configuration includes a console body configured to be disposed inside a vehicle, a first storage assembly located in the console body, and a second storage assembly held in the console body and configured to be withdrawn by deploying at least a portion of the console body, wherein the second storage assembly includes a housing including at least one surface of the console body and configured to be deployed to form a second storage region, a first support located at an upper end of the second storage region, and a second support configured to be deployed in an extension direction of the second storage region.

The invention relates to an armrest (10) for a seat, in particular for a vehicle seat, having a base (11) to which at least one container (18) having a cavity (27) is allocated, having an arm support (12) that is pivotable relative to the container (18) between a lower end position and an upper end position, having an arm support face (13), wherein at least one housing wall (19a, 19b, 19c) is allocated to the arm support (12), said housing wall (19a, 19b, 19c) being connected to the arm support (12) so as to move therewith in such a way that it closes an intermediate space arising between a stop face (25) of the arm support (12) and a support face (26) on the base part (11) when the arm support (12) pivots up, wherein the arm support (12) comprises an opening (16) through which access to the interior space (27) is possible.

An armrest assembly for a seat in a modified OEM vehicle. The armrest assembly includes an armrest support having a grommet and a detent pin, wherein the grommet includes a grommet aperture. An armrest includes an armrest aperture and a pin aperture; wherein the armrest aperture is configured to receive the grommet and the pin aperture is configured to receive the detent pin. A quick release connector extends through the grommet aperture and the armrest aperture, wherein the quick release connector includes an actuator to release the armrest from the armrest support. Engagement of the detent pin with the pin aperture prevents rotation of the armrest with respect to the armrest support.

An armrest storage box assembly has an armrest box body comprising a first storage space having a first opening, and an armrest connected to the armrest box body, the armrest moving between a first closed position and a first open position to open and close the first opening. Provided is an armrest capable of preventing the outer layer of a side surface of an armrest body from being rolled up by the cover of a rotating mechanism or the like.
