HYGIENIC KIT FOR VEHICULAR SEATS WITH HEADRESTS AND TRAY TABLES
A hygienic kit and a method thereof for a hygienic seat location including a stretchable antimicrobial hygienic headrest cover having an ability to conform itself to dimensions of the existing headrest. The cover comprises a stretchable, antimicrobial, a non-mesh fabric configured to provide an impenetrable barrier between a user and the headrest. The headrest has an elastic opening in the back surface allowing the fabric to stretchily fit over an existing headrest. A tray table cover defined by a top panel, a bottom panel, and a sidewall connecting said top and bottom panels thereby creating an opening to a cavity therein is included. A pre-packaged sanitizing wipe is included to sanitize the seating location, and a container is included to encapsulate the pre-packaged sanitizing wipe, the tray table cover, and the stretchable headrest cover, wherein the headrest cover and the tray table cover are compressed.
COMPOUND PADDING WITH GOOD SUPPORT AND COMFORT LAYER
Compound padding having comfort layer and providing good support is revealed. The compound padding includes a support layer and at least one comfort layer. The support layer is a foam layer made of low-density melamine resin foam with certain support while the comfort layer is a foam layer made of hydrophilic polyurethane foam and attached to at least one surface of the support layer by an adhesive layer. Thereby the compound padding can provide effective support to user's body by the support layer and gives a good feeling and a sense of comfort to users by the comfort layer when users' skin is in contact with the compound padding. The compound padding has the advantages of low density, light weight and reduced cost.
IMPROVED HEADREST TUBE AND METHOD OF FORMING SAME
The present disclosure provides a method of manufacturing a headrest stay formed end. The method includes cutting teeth on the insertion end of a headrest stay and pressing the teeth inwardly to form a chamfered endform on the insertion end. A headrest stay having a chamfered endform comprising a plurality of curved teeth is also provided.
HEADREST SUPPORT STRUCTURE AND INFANT CARRIER THEREOF
A headrest support structure applied to a safety seat is disclosed. The headrest support structure includes a buffer mechanism. The buffer mechanism is connected to a headrest and a seat of the safety seat. Elastic deformation of the buffer mechanism provides a buffer to the headrest and the seat. The headrest support mechanism provided by an embodiment of the present application has a high safety factor and provides a buffer to the headrest and the seat during an emergency brake for accident prevention. The present application further provides an infant carrier having the headrest support structure.
VEHICLE SEAT, HEADREST, AND HEAD SUPPORT MEMBER
A vehicle seat includes a seat cushion, a seatback, a headrest, and a head support section. The seat cushion is configured so as to support the buttocks of a seated occupant from a seat lower side. The seatback is configured so as to support the back of the seated occupant from a seat rear side. The headrest is configured so as to support the head of the seated occupant from the seat rear side. The head support section is provided to the headrest and is configured so as to support a location corresponding the occipital bone of the head of the seated occupant from a seat left-right direction, and is also configured so as to support the location in a forward direction and in a seat obliquely upward direction from the seat rear side.
