Heated floor mat assembly
A floor mat assembly for use on a floor comprises a floor mat, a first adhesive layer, a heating element, a second adhesive layer, and an insulative foam support layer. The floor mat comprises a topside for interaction with a person. The heating element is bonded to an underside of the floor mat with the first adhesive layer to heat the floor mat. The foam support layer is bonded to an underside of the heating element with the second adhesive layer.
System and method for detecting objects left behind by using heated resistive filament in a vehicle
A system and a method for determining an object has been on a vehicle seat of a vehicle are provided. The processing circuitry may determine if passengers of the vehicle have left the vehicle. The processing circuitry may determine if a temperature of a vehicle cabin of the vehicle meets a threshold of temperature. The temperature of the vehicle cabin to a first temperature may be adjusted. A temperature of resistive filaments of the vehicle seat of the vehicle to a second temperature may be adjusted. A thermal image of the vehicle seat with a reference thermal image of the vehicle seat may be compared. The processing circuitry may determine if the object has been left on the vehicle seat.
VEHICLE FLOOR COVERING SYSTEM
A vehicle floor mat system comprising a vehicle floor tray molded from an extrusion polymer sheet, a vehicle floor mat affixation device containing a circular shaped body with axial extending tines, and a removable carpet attachment is disclosed. The vehicle floor mat system resists affixation device pull-out and shear forces applied to the mat with respect to the original equipment manufacturer’s floor covering on which the mat is placed but allows for easy removal and replacement of the vehicle floor mat and of the affixation devices.
Work vehicle
A work vehicle includes a transmission case including an injection port to allow injection of transmission oil, a floor mat above the transmission case and near a driver's seat, the floor mat including an opening/closing portion to be opened in an open state in which the injection port is exposed and to be closed in a closed state in which the injection port is covered, and a fixing portion to fix the opening/closing portion in the closed state, in which the opening/closing portion includes a protrusion protruding in a predetermined direction, and the fixing portion includes a hole configured to fix the opening/closing portion when the protrusion is inserted into the hole.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INNER LININGS FROM A SANDWICH STRUCTURE
A method and system for the production of a web the fibers of which form a mean angle with respect to the longitudinal direction. The method and system include the passage of the web through a looping system, the passing of the web over a conveyor provided with brushes, the deposition of a first pre-needle-punched layer of fibers over the accumulated undulations, the assembling of the accumulated undulations with the first pre-needle-punched layer by needling, the assembling of the structure with a second pre-needle-punched layer of fibers, so as to obtain a sandwich structure, and the separation of the sandwich structure so as to obtain two symmetrical velour coverings. The web is a card web with a mean angle between 5 and 10° and an area density between 80 and 120 g/m.sup.2. The method includes a longitudinal drawing of the web, with a stretch ratio between 1.5 and 2.
FLOOR MAT WITH INTEGRAL GROMMET AND RETAINER
A floor mat for a vehicle having a floor is provided and includes a mat body having a core, an upper surface and an opposing lower surface. A grommet is integrally formed with the mat body and is contained between the upper surface and the lower surface of the mat body, where the grommet includes an outer surface having a protruding member. A retainer includes a body having an inner surface and a flange extending radially outwardly from the inner surface, where the inner surface includes a protruding member, such that the retainer is removably secured to the grommet by engaging the protruding member of the grommet with the protruding member of the retainer.
BLAST MAT CONFIGURATION
A vehicle including a frame, a cabin, and a blast mat. The cabin is coupled to the frame and includes a seat and a series of walls. The blast mat has a bottom surface engaging at least one of the walls. The blast mat includes a first portion configured to support a first portion of an occupant seated in the seat and a second portion configured to support a second portion of the occupant. The first portion of the occupant and the second portion of the occupant have different resistances to blast energy. The second portion of the blast mat has a greater thickness than the first portion of the blast mat.
Fixing structure of wiring member
A fixing structure of the wiring member fixes the wiring member to the silencer disposed in a vehicle. The silencer includes an inserted part with one surface as an insertion surface crossing a main surface. The wiring member is disposed along the main surface of the silencer. The wiring member is fixed to the silencer by a fixing member. The fixing member includes an insertion part inserted into the inserted part from the insertion surface and an insertion state maintaining part maintaining a state where the insertion part is inserted into the inserted part.
Soundproof body and silencer for motor vehicles
A soundproof body is formed by a two-layer lamination structure of a felt layer and a film layer. Some of plural fibers constructing the felt layer are formed to be thicker than the remaining fibers.
Adhesion-regulating agents and methods for tuning adhesion strength of acrylic adhesives by substrate modification
Adhesion-regulating agents for enhancing the adhesion values of acrylic adhesives, and methods of using adhesion-regulating agents for treating a removable flooring substrate surface for tuning the adhesion of the flooring substrate surface to objects comprising an acrylic adhesive are disclosed.
