Toerail Grommet
A grommet has main body fitting in a toerail aperture enabling a fiber lead to run fairly through a bore, the fiber lead contacting a smooth wall surface in both body and a locking plate or member with the main body flange and intermediate portion fitting a toerail being held in place by the locking member or plate, the locking member or plate fitting a boss in the main body.
VEHICLE FOOTREST SUPPORT STRUCTURE
A footrest support structure includes a footrest main body 10 on which a foot of an occupant is placeable, a panel member 14 of a vehicle interior floor, and a shock absorbing member 15. The panel member 14 has an inclined portion 14b inclined forward and upward from the horizontal portion 14a. The shock absorbing member 15 is interposed between the panel member 14 and the footrest main body 10. The inclined portion 14b of the panel member 14 has a recessed portion 18 that is recessed downward. The shock absorbing member 15 has a thinned portion 21 in a portion facing the recessed portion 18, which is thinner than other portions. A deformation-allowing space 30 is formed between the recessed portion 18 and the shock absorbing member 15.
VEHICLE FOOTREST SUPPORT STRUCTURE
A footrest support structure includes a footrest main body 10 on which a foot of an occupant is placeable, a panel member 14 of a vehicle interior floor, and a shock absorbing member 15. The panel member 14 has an inclined portion 14b inclined forward and upward from the horizontal portion 14a. The shock absorbing member 15 is interposed between the panel member 14 and the footrest main body 10. The inclined portion 14b of the panel member 14 has a recessed portion 18 that is recessed downward. The shock absorbing member 15 has a thinned portion 21 in a portion facing the recessed portion 18, which is thinner than other portions. A deformation-allowing space 30 is formed between the recessed portion 18 and the shock absorbing member 15.
Transformable seat assembly
A transformable seat assembly includes a seat support structure and a back support structure connected to the seat support structure with a hinge defining an axis of rotation. An actuator assembly includes a cylinder and a piston positioned within the cylinder, wherein the cylinder is secured to one of the back support structure or the seat support structure and the piston is secured to other of the one of the back support structure or the seat support structure. Additionally a blocking member is positioned within and adjustable along the cylinder. With blocking member in a first position, piston is limited to travel to a first limit position and the back support structure to a first reclined position. With the blocking member in a second position, piston is limited to travel to a second limit position and back support structure is permitted to rotate to second reclined position.
Leg rest having distortion preventing function
A leg rest having a distortion preventing function, according to the present disclosure, includes: a fixed bracket fixedly provided at the front of the lower end of a vehicle seat frame; a rotating bracket provided at the front of the fixed bracket so as to be rotatable in a vertical direction; a driving unit connected to the lower surface of the rotating bracket so as to rotate the rotating bracket; a tilting unit respectively supporting both sides of the rotating bracket so as to intermediate between the fixed bracket and the rotating bracket, and tilting the rotating bracket in the longitudinal direction of the fixed bracket; and a link bracket intermediating between the driving unit and the tilting unit so as to prevent horizontal distortion when the rotating bracket rotates.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat includes a seat back having a foot massage system. The seat back includes a front side and rear side, the rear side receiving the foot massage system. The foot massage system is configured to pivot around an axis that is fixed relative to the seat back between a first in-use position, wherein the massage system pivots down to receive a passenger's feet, and a second folded-away position wherein the massage system is retracted along the backrest rear side. The foot massage system includes a registration area for guiding the passenger's foot to proper massage position and can be equipped with a pressure detection system having pressure sensors that, when pressed, allow the foot massage system to work.

A vehicle seat includes a seat back having a foot massage system. The seat back includes a front side and rear side, the rear side receiving the foot massage system. The foot massage system is configured to pivot around an axis that is fixed relative to the seat back between a first in-use position, wherein the massage system pivots down to receive a passenger's feet, and a second folded-away position wherein the massage system is retracted along the backrest rear side. Rotation driven footrest translation
A footrest system is disclosed. The footrest cushion is supported by a frame that is hinge-mounted onto the front of a chair frame. The rotation of the footrest frame by a user creates, through a mechanical system, rotation in a spool. The spool is wound with first and second lines, each being wound in the reverse direction as the other. The lines are connected through rerouting systems and then anchored to the translating member such that they pull the member out upon a deployment, and return the member back in when the footrest is retracted.

There is provided a vehicle seat, including: a first support configuration section that includes a first cover; a second support configuration section that is disposed adjacent to the first support configuration section, and that includes a second cover; a double hinge that couples the first support configuration section and the second support configuration section together; an intermediate shutter that is disposed along a space between the first cover and the second cover; a first shutter that blocks a gap formed between the first cover and the intermediate shutter accompanying relative displacement between the first support configuration section and the second support configuration section; and a second shutter that blocks a gap formed between the second cover and the intermediate shutter accompanying relative displacement between the first support configuration section and the second support configuration section.
APPENDAGE SUPPORT FOR CHILD SEAT
An apparatus for supporting an appendage of a seated user, generally in a vehicle, including adjustable support arms attached to a seat with a platform disposed at a distal end of second support arms so that the appendages of the user, such as a child, are supported thereon for comfort of the user.
