Kit and methods for collecting material in a vehicle are provided. A kit includes a collapsible receptacle fabricated from a hard material, a driver side fastener sized and configured to attach to the back of a driver side car seat, a front passenger side fastener sized and configured to attach to the back of a front passenger side car seat, an adjustable strap, and a floor mat. In use, the collapsible receptacle is releasably coupled to the floor mat and the strap is connected to the driver side fastener and the front passenger side fastener and secures the collapsible receptacle in place. After use, the collapsible receptacle can be detached from the floor mat and the material from the receptacle can be removed. When not in use, the receptacle can be collapsed to assume a stowed position.

In one embodiment, the method includes outputting one or more control signals, by a processor, to activate a motor to generate an airflow stream through a cavity of the portable component; determining a concentration level of fine particulate matter in the airflow; determining an air quality level of the airstream through the cavity based on the determined concentration level; and outputting the determined concentration level with a graphical indicator of the air quality level for display on a display associated with the portable component.

Collection container for broken golf tees

The current embodiment of the broken golf tee collection container is designed to elevate over the dashboard of a golf cart or a similar vehicle using attachment brackets and can be easily removed and reattached. The container has a bottom with slots for water to drain. The angled or vertical sides and the open top design of the container makes it easy to store and to remove broken golf tees, as needed. The top portions of the attachment brackets are secured to the left and right edges on the bottom part of the container and support the container in an almost level position above the dashboard. The lower portion of the attachment brackets are a rotated block U shape, which slides onto and over the dashboard to secure the container and contents during the normal operation of the golf cart.

The component may comprise a base, a bin moveable between closed and open positions, a tray moveable between retracted and intermediate positions and a cover moveable between an upward position to cover the tray and a lowered position to uncover the tray. The bin may be opened when the tray is in the retracted and intermediate positions. The tray may move from the retracted to the intermediate position when the bin is open and closed. The tray may move from the intermediate to an extended position. The component may comprise a mechanism to retain the bin, guide movement of the bin and guide movement of the cover. The component may comprise a first button to move the cover to uncover the tray and a second button to move the cover and open the bin.

The removable cover can be removed from the door compartment and when in use prevents debris from blowing out of the door compartment. The removable cover has an opening with flexible flaps for allowing the user to place items in the door compartment during use. The removable cover can be used with a debris wall or dam that prevents debris from moving from a storage area of the door compartment to a drink holder area.

The housing includes a mounting flange that engages a mounting surface of the console to secure the vacuum module within a storage cavity of the console. The debris container includes a filter assembly removably connected to a base of the debris container. The vacuum module defines a single unit that is removable from the console.
