PIVOTING SYSTEM, PIVOTING ASSEMBLY, PIVOTING MODULE AND SEAT COMPRISING THE PIVOTING SYSTEM
A pivoting system comprising a first hinge mechanism comprising a first frame and a second frame connected together by a first hypocycloidal gear, the first gear comprising a first eccentric cam, a first set of teeth, and a second set of teeth, the first eccentric cam having a first eccentricity, a second hinge mechanism comprising a first frame and a second frame connected together by a second hypocycloidal gear, the second gear comprising a second eccentric cam, a first set of teeth, and a second set of teeth, the second eccentric cam having a second eccentricity equal to the first eccentricity, a control shaft configured to drive the first eccentric cam and the second eccentric cam in rotation.
VEHICLE SEAT ASSEMBLY AND RETURN SPRING MECHANISM
A vehicle seat assembly, a biasing mechanism, and a method of installing a vehicle seat assembly are provided. A first end region of a torsion spring is for fixed connection to a vehicle frame bracket mount such that the seat back rotates relative to the first end region of the spring about a transverse axis. A second end region of the torsion spring is offset from the transverse axis. A support bracket is connected to the seat back, with the intermediate region of the torsion spring supported for rotation by the support bracket. A block supported by the support bracket and offset from the transverse axis, with the block contacting the second end region of the torsion spring to bias the spring when the seat back is in a first, use position.
SUSPENSION SEAT
A suspension seat, including: a lower side member that forms a vehicle lower side of a suspension; an upper side member that forms a vehicle upper side of the suspension, and that is configured to support a vehicle seat body from the vehicle lower side; a suspension link mechanism that includes a vehicle lower side portion coupled to the lower side member and a vehicle upper side portion coupled to the upper side member, and that undergoes displacement so as to displace the upper side member along a vehicle vertical direction; a linear displacement section that is provided at the suspension link mechanism and is configured to undergo linear displacement in conjunction with displacement of the suspension link mechanism; and a locking mechanism that immobilizes the linear displacement section so as to immobilize displacement of the suspension link mechanism.
Seat slide structure
A seat slide structure includes a cushion frame, a slide rail including lower and upper rails, a movement mechanism, and a lock mechanism. The movement mechanism slides the cushion frame along a length direction of the slide rail. The lock mechanism includes a lock body engaging with the slide rail, and places or lifts a restriction on movement of the slide rail. The movement mechanism includes a lead screw, a gear part, and a shake absorber. The lead screw is provided in parallel with the slide rail, and is supported by the upper rail. The gear part transmits power from a power source to the lead screw to slide the lead screw and the upper rail along the lower rail. The shake absorber allows the cushion frame and the lead screw to move relative to one another in a moving direction of the upper rail along the lower rail.
Armrest
An armrest has a base element, an arm-support element movable in a direction on the base element between a pair of end positions, a mount fixed on one of the elements and formed with a throughgoing hole extending in the direction, and a rod fixed on the other of the elements and extending along an axis with play through the hole of the mount. A pair of inelastic slide-bearing rings fixed in the hole at ends thereof loosely surrounds the rod. A respective elastic bearing block fixed in and relative to each of the rings presses the rod radially against a diametrally opposite inner-surface portion of the respective ring.
Track assembly
A track assembly includes a track, a support member, and/or a lever. The support member may be connected to the lever, and/or the lever may include a rotational axis substantially parallel to the track. The lever may rotation about the rotational axis between a first position and/or a second position. The lever may be configured to engage the track in a longitudinal direction when the lever may be in a first position. The lever may be configured to engage the track in a lateral direction when the lever may be in a second position. The lever may be configured to limit longitudinal movement of the support member along the track. The track may include a longitudinal window that may have a first edge and/or a second edge.
Driving device
A driving device in one aspect of the present disclosure includes an electric motor, a worm gear, a gear easing that stores the worm gear, a first fitting portion provided in the electric motor, a second fitting portion provided in the gear casing and fitting to the first fitting portion, and a restriction member that includes a pressure contact portion and a contact portion and restricts displacement of the worm gear along a rotation center axis thereof. The pressure contact portion is in pressure contact with one fitting portion out of the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion, and the contact portion is in contact with the other fitting portion.
Headrest moving device
The present invention relates to a headrest moving device including a damper configured to generate a resistance force in a direction opposite to a moving direction when the headrest is moved, wherein, when the headrest is moved, the resistance force is different when the headrest is located at a first position from when the headrest is located at a second position, so that noise can be prevented from being generated and a user can be prevented from recognizing the moving of the headrest as a malfunction when the headrest is moved.
Drink holder assembly with internal lighting
A drink holder assembly is disclosed. In one embodiment, the drink holder assembly includes a drink holder, a ring insert, and at least one lighting device. The ring insert is configured to be inserted into the drink holder. The lighting device(s) are mounted to the ring insert. In this manner, the lighting device provides the light needed so that the user can place a beverage container in the drink holder appropriately when in a poorly lit environment.
VEHICLE SEAT HAVING A ROLLER GUIDE
The invention relates to a vehicle seat having a roller guide which has at least one guide rail which is at least partially sideways open and at least one running roller rolling in the guide rail, connected to parts of the vehicle seat via an axle member, wherein a running surface of the running roller is rollable along a roller-underside inner wall of the guide rail arranged parallel or at an angle to a middle axle of the running roller, wherein the running roller comprises at least a first area and a second area, wherein the first area forms at least a part of the running surface and the second area is arranged in a radial direction of the running roller at least partially between the axle member and the first area and in contact with both. According to the invention, an electrical conductivity of the first area is lower than an electrical conductivity of the second area.
