The resilient member may be configured to compensate for different lateral positions of the side member relative to the track. The resilient member may be connected to a lateral side of the support member. The resilient member may be disposed proximate a first end of the support member, and/or a second resilient member may be disposed proximate a second end of the support member.
LUMBAR MAT FOR A BACKREST STRUCTURE
A lumbar mat for a backrest structure for use in a vehicle seat, the lumbar mat adapted to be arranged between a lumbar support structure and a backrest cushion of the backrest structure, including a front surface adapted to face towards a backrest cushion of a backrest structure, when the lumbar mat is arranged in the backrest structure, a plurality of first spring elements arranged at the front surface of the lumbar mat, each of the first spring elements adapted to apply a first elastic force towards the backrest cushion via a first contact area of the first spring element, respectively, and a plurality of second spring elements, each of the second spring elements associated with a respective one of the plurality of first spring elements and adapted to apply a second elastic force towards the backrest cushion via a second contact area of the second spring element, respectively.
Seat adjuster
A seat adjuster includes a first fastener, a second fastener, a third fastener, and/or a motor assembly. The motor assembly may include a motor, a first mounting portion, a second mounting portion, and/or a third mounting portion. The seat adjuster may include a pinion, a sector, and/or a side member. The first fastener, the second fastener, and/or the third fastener may connect the motor assembly to the side member. The first fastener may be connected to the side member and/or the first mounting portion via a torque prevailing connection. The third fastener may extend through and/or may restrict movement of the sector. The pinion may be engaged with the sector substantially without play. The side member may include a first aperture, a second aperture, and/or a third aperture.
Sliding assembly
An assembly including an inner component; an outer component; a tolerance ring, comprising an annular band and a plurality of projections projecting radially from the annular band, the tolerance ring being disposed between the inner component and the outer component; and a low friction layer provided radially inside or radially outside the annular band so as to enable sliding movement in an axial direction between the inner component and the outer component, wherein at least one of the inner component or outer component is profiled to transmit a radial load between the inner component and the outer component to appreciably prevent collapse of the projections.
OVERSLAM BUMPER FOR VEHICLE DOOR LATCH
A closure panel latch assembly can include an overslam bumper mechanism comprising a biasing element as a spring formed from a metallic material positioned relative to a slot of the latch assembly. The biasing element resists entry of a striker into the slot beyond a selected position in order to inhibit contact of the striker with a bottom end of the slot. Also provided is a closure panel latch assembly configured with the biasing element as a resilient element positioned relative to the slot of the latch assembly; The biasing element is coupled to the striker engagement member, such that the striker engagement member is positioned to engage the striker and resist travel of the striker towards the bottom end, wherein the biasing element controls the resistance to movement of the striker engagement member by the striker.
SEAT TRACK MECHANISM FOR VEHICLE
A seat track mechanism for installing beneath a vehicle seat in order to move the vehicle seat in the forward and backward directions includes a monotrack mechanism, to which a monopost structure and a single rail structure are applied. The seat track mechanism includes a structure for hook-engaging lower and upper rails constituting the mono track mechanism by hook guides. The single rail structure applied to the seat track mechanism is capable of not only reducing actuating force required for operation, but also preventing creation of excessive clearance upon stopping.
MOTOR-VEHICLE ACCESSORY
The invention relates to a motor-vehicle accessory, comprising a moveable first part and a vehicle-fixed second part, wherein the first part is guided on the second part by a guide (43), wherein the guide (43) comprises at least one rack (22a, 22b, 24a, 24b) in engagement with a gear (21a, 21b, 23a, 23b), wherein the rack (22a, 22b, 24a, 24b) is on one of the parts, and the gear (21a, 21b, 23a, 23b) is on the other part.
The particular feature consists in that the guide additionally comprises a tolerance compensation that comprises at least one running rail (26a, 26b, 28a, 28b) on one of the parts and engages a running wheel (25a, 25b, 27a, 27b) on the other one of the parts, wherein the running wheel (25a, 25b, 27a, 27b) and/or the running rail (26a, 26b, 28a, 28b) is elastically deformable, and a press-fit is formed between the running rail and the running wheel, so that the meshing teeth of the first part and of the second part are urged into a defined position.
