Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat for accommodating at least two users includes: a seating portion frame, a first backrest and a second backrest which are pivotally hinged to the seating portion frame according to a transverse axis via a common hinge. The common hinges includes: a pivot pin comprising at least one central portion having an outer wall, and a housing, having an inner wall, arranged on the seating portion frame, and receiving interiorly the central portion of the pivot pin, by immobilizing the pivot pin. The inner peripheral wall of the housing bears against the outer wall of the central portion. The outer wall of the central portion includes at least one elastically deformable rib so as to be maintained constantly bearing against the inner wall of the housing.
ECCENTRICITY PREVENTION DEVICE FOR PUMPING DEVICE
The present invention relates to an eccentricity prevention device for a pumping device, which reduces an eccentric movement of an internal component due to an external force while reducing a free movement of a pumping lever, the eccentricity prevention device including a lever bracket coupled to the pumping lever, a housing having a clutch device provided therein and coupled to a position facing the lever bracket by the clutch device, and an elastic member elastically supported on the lever bracket while providing an elastic restoring force in a direction in which an eccentric movement of the clutch device being bent with respect to a rotation axis is canceled.
MOTORIZED DRIVE DEVICE FOR RAISING A VEHICLE SEAT
A motorized drive device for a vehicle seat having a squab in particular with raising, the device comprising an actuator and an actuator housing containing a reduction gear, an output member, mounted to rotate about an axis, the output member comprising a peripheral rim, a friction ring mounted around the output member and rotationally integral with the output member, the friction ring comprising a skirt, the actuator housing comprising an inner bearing optionally provided with a plurality of inner radial protrusions for receiving the skirt, the skirt coming into contact at least against the inner bearing in order to generate a continuous friction between the output member forming a rotating part and the inner bearing forming a fixed part.
SEAT RAIL ASSEMBLY
A seat rail assembly capable of stably holding a position of one or more vehicle seats relative to the vehicle floor. The seat rail assembly includes an upper rail on which the seat is provided and a lower rail which is mounted to the vehicle floor. The upper rail is slidably provided within the lower rail, and incorporates an engagement assembly with a dual wedge engagement assembly to ensure constant contact between the lower and upper rails. A gearbox configured to remove lash may be provided on the upper rail for moving the upper rail relative to the lower rail.
LATCH DEVICE AND VEHICLE SEAT
A latch device includes a latch engageable with a rod portion of a striker, and is capable of transition to a locked state in which the latch is engaged with the rod portion and to an unlocked state in which the latch is disengaged from the rod portion, and includes a first shaft member that supports the latch in a manner that permits the latch to rotate, and a base member that supports the first shaft member. The base member is a unitary member which includes a first support wall disposed on one side of the latch and configured to support one end of the first shaft member, a second support wall disposed on an other side of the latch and configured to support an other end of the first shaft member, and a connecting wall that connects the first support wall and the second support wall.
SEAT SLIDE ADJUSTER
Rattling and abnormal sound between an upper rail and a lower rail are reduced, and sliding is more smoothly performed. Sliding resistance reducing members (14, 15) include retainers (141, 151) formed each in a substantially L shape in a cross section and including first retaining wall portions (1411, 1511) and second retaining wall portions (1412, 1512) located between vertical wall portions (11b, 12d) and between bottom wall portions (11a, 12c) of a lower rail (11) and an upper rail (12). The first ball members (142, 152) are disposed in middle positions of the first retaining wall portions (1411, 1511), and the second ball members (143, 153) are disposed in positions apart from the vertical wall portions toward the center in the width direction of the lower rail (11) in the second retaining wall portions (1412, 1512).
Vehicle head restraint with tuned damper
An article, such as a vehicle seat, includes a one-piece vehicle head restraint structure that defines a frame and a plurality of receptacles. There are metallic resonators disposed in the receptacles. Polymeric dampers line the receptacles and circumscribe the metallic resonators.
Tube joints with consistent friction torque and no clearance gap
A bushing assembly includes a tube with an outer bearing surface, a metal part with an annular flange defining an opening and a plastic bushing with a bushing hub with an inner annular bushing contact surface and an axially extending metal part engagement surface. A friction torque setting connection is formed between the annular flange and the bushing hub and defines a rotational and axial connection between the annular flange and the bushing hub. The connection is configured to vary a radial force applied between the annular flange and the bushing hub with a deformation of bushing plastic material. This is to vary friction between the bushing contact surface and the tube outer bearing surface upon applying a torque to the plastic bushing, causing rotation and axial movement of the plastic bushing relative to the metal part, and causing the deformation of plastic material of the bushing hub.
Vehicular latch assembly with latch mechanism having self-locking ratchet
A latch assembly for a vehicular latching system configured to provide an anti-chucking locking function in cooperation with a latch mechanism. The latch mechanism has a ratchet that is moveable by a striker between a striker release position, a striker capture position, and a striker over-travel position. A pawl is operable in a ratchet holding position to hold the ratchet when the ratchet is in the striker capture position and operable in a ratchet releasing position to release the ratchet to allow the ratchet to return to its striker release position. A latch release mechanism operates to move the pawl between its ratchet holding and ratchet releasing positions. The anti-chuck locking function is provided by the pawl having a lock tooth and the ratchet having a lock notch for locking engagement therebetween when the pawl holds the ratchet in its striker capture position for muting vibrations of the latch assembly.
FITTING FOR VEHICLE SEAT
A joint fitting for a motor vehicle seat may have a first fitting part with a first sprocket and a second fitting part with a second sprocket. The fitting may also have a gear which rolls in the first sprocket and in the second sprocket to generate a rotational movement between the two sprockets. The fitting may also have an eccentric which is arranged between the first fitting part and the gear for driving a rolling movement of the gear in the first sprocket. The eccentric may have two wedge segments and a spring which pushes the wedge segments apart. An additional eccentric is arranged between the second fitting part and the gear for removing a play between the gear and the second sprocket. The additional eccentric may have two wedge segments. A vehicle seat having at least one such gearing fitting is also provided.
