APPARATUS FOR MOVING AND SECURING ARTICLES IN A PICKUP TRUCK CARGO BED
An apparatus is provided for moving and securing articles in a pickup truck cargo bed. The pickup truck cargo bed may have opposing sidewalls, cab wall, tailgate, and floor. The apparatus comprises a plurality of tracks configured to connect to the pickup truck cargo bed, the plurality of tracks extending substantially along a longitudinal length of the pickup truck cab and defining a channel. A push plate slidably is mounted to the plurality of tracks with a movement member, and the push plate configured to stand perpendicular to the floor. The apparatus also comprises an actuator in mechanical communication with the push plate, the actuator configured to move the push plate to a desired position in the pickup truck cargo bed. An adjustable enclosed area is defined by the push plate, opposing side walls, and tail gate.
Trailer bed mounted load plow system
The present disclosure of the Improved Trailer Bed Load Plow concerns a highly customizable, legacy trailer compatible, removable, system for unloading trailer loads and/or flat bed loads. The system, generally speaking, comprises a sled, a plow, a controllable puller such as a winch, guide rails, detents, and an attachment point on the trailer. In some implementations, the plow and puller are attached to the sled, and the combined unit travels the length of the trailer bed, constrained by the guide rails to lateral travel, via the force created by the puller acting against the attachment point which is effectively positioned on an end of the trailer.
System and method for autonomous package delivery and collection
An autonomous package handling system includes: one or more autonomous delivery vehicles and one or more locker units. Each autonomous delivery vehicle includes: a motorized conveyor rack, the motorized conveyor rack including a plurality of horizontal conveyors supported by a plurality of support beams; a collection bin for temporarily holding the packages; a vertical lift to move the collection bin between the plurality of horizontal conveyors; a collection bin conveyor configured to extend and retract the collection bin from and back to an interior of the delivery vehicle; and a vehicle wireless unit for communicating with a server. Each locker unit includes: a compartment; a door having an electronic closing and opening mechanism; an electronic lock; a locker wireless unit for communicating with the server; and a locker unit base.
Extendable trailer
Method and apparatus for an extendable logging trailer constructed of left and right main I-beam members having left and right male telescoping beams moving on rollers on the bottom inner flange of the main I-beam members. The male telescoping beams allow the trailer to be retractable or extendable so that it can assist in offloading the logs/pipes from the logging trailer. In operation, a front bolster and push rack are moved in unison by a first hydraulic cylinder toward the rear of the trailer at the same time as a rear bolster is moved by a second hydraulic cylinder toward the front of the trailer thereby causing the length of the trailer to shorten. As the trailer shortens, the logs/pipes which are carried on the bolsters are forced toward the rear of the trailer so that gravity eventually causes the rear ends of the logs/pipes to fall downwardly toward the ground which allows the operator of the tractor which is pulling the logging trailer to move the logging trailer forwardly causing the logs/pipes to become completely offloaded from the logging trailer.
Sliding platform loading device
A sliding platform loading device intended to equip the rear area of a vehicle that has protruding wheel passages includes: a fixed chassis, intended to be anchored onto the rear loading area of the vehicle; the sliding platform; and a guiding system between the sliding platform and the fixed chassis. The sliding platform is able to pass from a retracted position on the fixed chassis, to an unfolded position on the cantilever of the fixed chassis. The device includes auxiliary platforms, fixed, held by the fixed chassis, on the same level as the flat area of the sliding platform, the auxiliary platforms defining two lateral indentations, intended to be of an additional form to the wheel passages, and in that in the retracted position from the sliding platform, the auxiliary platforms laterally extend the flat area of the sliding platform.
PARTICULATE MATERIAL HAULAGE ARRANGEMENT
A haulage arrangement has a frame configured for operative attachment to a suitable tractor, and defining a tray for operatively receiving particulate material therein. The tray comprises two side walls separated by a loadbearing lower section with a headwall at a head end of the tray and slidably arranged in-between the side walls. Also included is an urger at the head end configured to operatively urge the headwall to slide across the lower section. Arrangement further includes an elastically flexible floor slidably arranged on the lower section and fast at a first end with the headwall, as well as a retractor arranged at an ejection end of the tray and configured to continuously retract a second end of the floor underneath the lower section whilst the headwall is urged. The retractor is further configured to agitate the floor during retraction to counteract adhesion of particulate material ejected from the tray.
PUSH-OFF DEVICE AND PUSH-OFF VEHICLE COMPRISING A PUSH-OFF DEVICE
The invention relates to a push-off device, in particular for agricultural cargo. The push-off device includes a loading space, which comprises a loading floor, two laterally adjoining sidewalls and a push-off wall. The push-off device further includes a first hydraulic cylinder arrangement, which comprises one first hydraulic cylinder piston that is movable in a first hydraulic cylinder tube and a second hydraulic cylinder arrangement, which comprises one second hydraulic cylinder piston that is movable in a second hydraulic cylinder tube. The push-off wall is mounted to be displaceable in a longitudinal direction of the loading space on the second hydraulic cylinder tube and by operation of the first hydraulic cylinder arrangement is displaceable relative to the sliding floor, which is displaceable by operation of the second hydraulic cylinder arrangement relative to the loading floor of the loading space. The invention moreover relates to a push-off vehicle comprising a sliding device.
LOW PROFILE DUMP TRAILER
A dump trailer comprising a goose neck adapted for removable coupling to a tractor unit and a dropped frame joined to the goose neck and extending rearwardly of the goose neck. A plurality of trailer wheel and axle assemblies are joined to the bottom of the rear of the dropped frame. Each of the plurality of trailer wheel and axle assemblies has left and right wheels suitable for highway travel. An open bed is joined to the top of the dropped frame for receiving cargo. The open bed extends below the goose neck and has a front and a rear opening for permitting discharge of the cargo from the open bed.
