SIDE-LOADING LIFTGATE HAVING INTEGRATED STABILIZER LEG
A sideloader liftgate system automatically extends a stabilizer leg when a liftgate is deployed, and automatically retracts the stabilizer leg when the liftgate is stored. Adjustment of the liftgate and stabilizer leg is carried out in response to a single user command. The invention prevents a user from forgetting to extend the stabilizer leg for safely using the liftgate, and also prevents a user from forgetting to retract the stabilizer leg before towing the trailer.
Loading and unloading systems and methods
Methods and systems are provided for loading and unloading an item onto a vehicle. In one embodiment, a system includes: a loading system configured to receive a locker configured to store the item; a shuttle transfer system configured to transfer the locker to a storage position within the vehicle; and a swing arm system that couples to the loading system and the shuttle transfer system, the swing arm system configured to adjust a position of the loading system relative to the vehicle.
MOTORCYCLE LIFT
A lift system comprising a chassis having a frame. The frame including a first extension member and a second extension member opposite thereof. Each of the first extension member and the second extension member being extendable and coupled to the frame. A first scissor support is coupled to the first extension member. A second scissor support is coupled to the second extension member. The first and second scissor supports are configured rigid and extendable from each of the first and second extension members. A platform is coupled to each of the first and second scissor support. The platform is configured to rigidly support an object coupled thereto. A first actuator is coupled to the frame. The first actuator is configured to extend and retract the first and second extension members. A second actuator is coupled to the scissor lift and configured to move the platform.
Lift system with removable cart
A lift assembly for a vehicle is described. The lift assembly can includes a hitch assembly for removable attachment to the vehicle, and first and second support members rotatably secured to the hitch assembly. As a lifting mechanism mounted to the hitch assembly provides a lifting force to one of the support members, the platform assembly can be raised from a lowered position to a raised position. The lift assembly can be removably engaged with a cart.
AIRCRAFT RECOVERY DOLLY
A wheel dolly for lifting and transporting a flat tire attached to an aircraft is comprised of a frame assembly having first and second laterally spaced frame members that are pivotally coupled to each other at one side. A ram is interposed between the first and second frame members. A pair of tire lifting and support assemblies are pivotally coupled the frame assembly. A plurality of wheels is coupled to the frame assembly to allow the frame assembly to roll in any direction.
HITCH MOUNTED CARGO LIFTING DEVICE
A hitch mounted cargo lifting device for lifting large objects onto a cargo bed of a vehicle to which it is attached includes a discrete hitch attachment, pivot member, and cradle member. One side of the pivot member is fixedly attached to the cradle member, and the other is hingedly attached to the hitch attachment. This allows the pivot member and cradle attachment to be moved between a loading position in which the cradle attachment is adjacent to a ground surface, and an unloading position in which the cradle attachment is adjacent to and aligned with the vehicle's cargo bed. In some embodiments, a motor driven reeled wire is provided to supply the force to move the pivot member and cradle attachment between the unloading and loading positions. Conventional cargo straps may be used to secure the cargo to the cradle.
Vehicle mounted fork lift and method
A fork lift apparatus is mounted on a truck for picking up a load, placing the load in a traveling position on the truck, and for unloading the load. The apparatus comprises a lift frame, a shaft, a pair of spaced arms secured to the shaft, a cross member spanning between the distal ends of the arms distal and carrying the forks. The cross member is rotatable relative to the support arms. A pair of drive hydraulic cylinders rotates the shaft and thus moves the arms and the load between a loading/unloading position in which the load may be placed on the forks and the traveling position so that the load may be transported by the truck. A self-leveling system is provided for maintaining the load in a substantially level position as it moves between its loading/unloading and traveling positions.

Vehicle lift
A vehicle lift for a load, such as a wheelchair. The whole lift is movable between a retracted position and an extended position that comprises a support pillar, a platform, and a lifting device. The platform is connected pivotably to the support pillar and has a horizontal pivot axis such that the platform is pivotable about the horizontal axis. The lifting device is hingedly connected to the support pillar and is configured for lifting and lowering the support pillar with the platform between the retracted position and the extended position. The support pillar is one piece and has a curved configuration along the longitudinal axis.
LIVESTOCK TRAILER WITH ENCLOSED ELEVATOR PLATFORM
The present invention relates in general to the field of livestock trailers, and more specifically, to a livestock trailer that utilizes an enclosed elevator platform for loading and unloading animals. The elevator platform is located within an elevator shaft inside the frame of the livestock trailer. The elevator platform is configured to protect and confine the livestock as it traverses through the elevator shaft during loading and unloading operations. The livestock trailer may further comprise a ventilation system, a sprinkler system and/or a watering system to help assist in the well-being, health, and safety of the livestock while being transported. The purpose of the invention is to provide a livestock trailer and method of loading and unloading livestock onto the livestock trailer that minimizes risk of serious injury to both animal and handler during loading, unloading and transportation operations.
