The invention relates to a device comprising a stationary transfer station (3) and a trailer train (1) comprising at least one trailer-train trailer (2), for transferring loads (L) from the trailer-train trailer (2) into the stationary transfer station (3), the trailer-train trailer (2) being provided with a continuous conveyor (25) driven by a motor (27), for receiving the load (L). The motor (27) of the continuous conveyor (25) of the trailer-train trailer (2) is powered by a battery (6) of the trailer train (1). Another continuous conveyor (30) driven by another motor (32) is arranged in the transfer station (3), for receiving the load (L), the other motor (32) of the other continuous conveyor (30) being powered in the transfer station (3) in a pre-determined handling position by the battery (6) of the trailer train (1).
Higher Capacity Vehicle Trailer
Systems and methods are provided for designing and loading a higher capacity enclosed trailer. The higher capacity trailer includes a trailer floor including at least two sections. The at least two sections include a first section located at a first end of the high capacity trailer and having a first height, and a second section located at a second end of the high capacity vehicle trailer opposite the first end, the second section having a second height different from the first height. The higher capacity trailer includes an adjustable platform positioned at the first section. The adjustable platform is configured to receive at least one loaded pallet unit, and slide a predetermined length of the first section towards the first end, such that additional space is generated for at least another loaded pallet unit on the first section.

Stowable cargo guide for cargo roller trays
A stowable cargo guide may be configured to couple to a roller tray. The stowable cargo guide may comprise a guide block configured to rotate between a stowed position and a raised position. In the stowed position, the guide block may be located below a conveyance plane of the roller tray. In the raised position, the guide block may be located above the conveyance plane of the roller tray.

The present disclosure is directed to commercial vehicle loading and unloading systems, and associated systems, devices, and methods. In one embodiment, a cargo loading and unloading system includes a cargo loading and unloading assembly and/or a cargo repositioning system. The assembly includes a first mechanical arm and a second mechanical arm that are mountable at opposite sides of an opening of the trailer. Each mechanical arm includes a first portion and a second portion pivotally coupled to the first portion. The first portions are configured to vertically raise and lower the second portions and move the second portions laterally along the opening of the trailer. The second portions include rollers and are configured to support cargo on the rollers as the mechanical arms are used to hold the cargo off the ground, and to selectively convey the cargo at least partially into or out of the trailer via the rollers.
COMMERCIAL VEHICLE LOADING AND UNLOADING SYSTEMS AND ASSOCIATED SYSTEMS, DEVICES, AND METHODS
The present disclosure is directed to commercial vehicle loading and unloading systems, and associated systems, devices, and methods. In one embodiment, a cargo loading and unloading system includes a cargo loading and unloading assembly and/or a cargo repositioning system. The assembly includes a first mechanical arm and a second mechanical arm that are mountable at opposite sides of an opening of the trailer. Each mechanical arm includes a first portion and a second portion pivotally coupled to the first portion. The first portions are configured to vertically raise and lower the second portions and move the second portions laterally along the opening of the trailer. The second portions include rollers and are configured to support cargo on the rollers as the mechanical arms are used to hold the cargo off the ground, and to selectively convey the cargo at least partially into or out of the trailer via the rollers.
Vehicle conveyor system
An illustrative embodiment of a vehicle having a cargo area and a cab area is provided, wherein the cargo area may include a conveyor assembly. The conveyor assembly may include a conveyor assembly section and a pivotable conveyor assembly section. The conveyor assembly section includes at least one conveyor shelf panel which includes a support surface. The pivotable conveyor assembly section may include a bracket that supports a pivotable conveyor panel.

The conveyor assembly may include a conveyor assembly section and a pivotable conveyor assembly section. The connecting frame assembly can couple together the main deck portion and the upper deck portion. The roller elements can be arranged in one or more rows and can be mounted in the main deck surface or the upper deck surface so as to cover a substantial portion of the main deck surface or the upper deck surface. The tailgate can be coupled to the main deck portion and can be movable between a closed position and an open position.
