PANEL FRAME ASSEMBLY, PROCESSING, TRANSPORT, AND INSTALLATION SYSTEM
A panel support and panel processing system that provides a single frame assembly for use on a panel processing line in transporting and installing panels, such as glass panels, the frame assembly having a frame with at least one hook that engages a carrier on a processing line to move the frame from one station to the next, and that enables lifting and stacking of multiple frames for transport to and installation at a building site without having to remove the panel, such as a glass panel, from the frame, at which point the frame and panel assembly are secured in situ.
SOLAR COMPONENT STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION DEVICES
A photovoltaic (PV) module distribution device may include a platform and an installation arm. The platform may be configured to store a plurality of PV modules in a pre-determined orientation. Each of the PV modules may include solar components that are pre-assembled to form a corresponding PV module. The installation arm may be configured to retrieve a PV module of the plurality of PV modules from the platform. The installation arm may also be configured to position the PV module proximate a support column physically located proximate the PV module distribution device to permit a user to attach the PV module to the support column.
Deployable rack for loading and transportation of flat glass
A deployable rack platform for loading and transportation of flat glass comprising a system allowing the rack platform to turn from a horizontal position, being totally flat, to a different position featuring diverse opening angles within a vehicle chassis. Particularly, a deployable rack for loading and transportation of flat glass wherein the rack platform achieves a horizontal position within a maximum period of 5 minutes, enabling the platform to take advantage up to 100% of the original surface of the platform initial position (e.g., before loading flat glass) wherein the process does not require the transportation of flat sheets or where the proceed needs to be loaded with different goods, merchandise, or raw materials. The rack platform comprises a highly versatile system for different types of transportation by optimizing space and savings, since the platform supports a load up to 20 tons.
RAIL CAR RACK
Certain example embodiments relate to racks for shipping loose or packaged glass sheets. A rack includes spaced-apart upright members that taper in thickness such that they are thicker at their lower ends compared to their upper ends. Base members extends outwardly and generally perpendicularly from respective upright members. The base members also taper such that they become thicker moving outwardly from the upright members. An acute or right angle is formed between innermost surfaces of the upright members and uppermost surfaces of the base members. The rack, when used alone, is self-standing as if an L-frame like rack and is arrangeable back-to-back with another rack of the same type to form a mutually-supporting A-frame like rack. The racks are easily loadable onto/removable from rail cars, trucks, and/or the like. Racks include features accommodating forks of a forklift/fork truck, further facilitating their movement.
SUPPORT LEDGE
A material supporting ledge configured to be attached to a horizontal slat of a material carrying rack. The support ledge includes a vertical member having a hook portion and a supporting flange. A support member extends laterally from the vertical member.
SOLAR TABLE MOBILE TRANSPORT WITH SIDESHIFT AND WINGS
A solar table mobile transport with sideshift capability is described that moves a solar table to a point of installation. The solar table mobile transport comprises multiple motors that allow movement within a three-dimensional coordinate system as well as provide angular controls of pitch, yaw, and roll. Extended horizontal movement of the solar table is provided by a sideshift element that extends the solar table beyond an edge of a transport component of the solar table mobile transport. The mobile transport may incorporate wings to prevent the solar table from rotating during transportation. The wings may be adjustable such that the solar table may be maneuvered in height and pitch/roll/yaw angle into an installation instance before unloading. Such a capability of sideshft in combination of instance adjustment facilitates an installation process of the solar table.
SOLAR MODULE ARRAY PRE-ASSEMBLY METHOD AND APPARATUS
The present invention is directed to an apparatus for stacking a plurality of solar module arrays each having a plurality of solar panels. The apparatus includes a lower portion disposed on top of a first solar panel support channel corresponding to a first solar module array, and an upper portion for supporting a second solar panel support channel corresponding to a second solar module array, wherein the second solar module array is stacked above the first solar module array.
AN APPARATUS FOR PICKING AND PLACING A PLATE-LIKE PRODUCT
An apparatus for picking and placing a plate-like product comprises: a base; at least two guide rods disposed on said base vertically; a picking and placing device mounted on each of said guide rods vertically slidably, the picking and placing device is telescopic in a horizontal direction to smoothly and steadily pick and place the plate-like product; a driving device disposed on said base, said driving device connects with said picking and placing device for driving said pick and place device to slide along the respective guide rods.
CARRIAGES FOR VEHICLE PANEL TRANSPORTATION
The present disclosure relates to carriages and related methods for panel (e.g., windshield) transportation. In one or more embodiments, a carriage includes a base, one or more wheels coupled to the base, and a first support block structure supported at least partially by the base. The first support block structure includes a retention opening. The carriage includes a first bar structure extending relative to the base, an angled bar extending at least partially between the first bar structure and the base, and a second support block structure supported at least partially by the angled bar.
Solar table mobile transport
A solar table mobile transport is described that moves a solar table to a point of installation. The solar table mobile transport comprises multiple motors that allow movement within a three-dimensional coordinate system as well as provide angular controls of pitch, yaw and roll. These motors enable at least one alignment process used to install the solar table to a mounting structure within a solar system.
