Lifter apparatus for industrial and agricultural spools
An apparatus is mountable on a truck or trailer bed for lifting industrial or agricultural spools for transport. The apparatus includes a pair of vertically pivotable lifting members, each one of the pair of lifting members having a distal end. A pair of lifting pins are mounted to a distal end of a corresponding lifting member. A drive system is operably connected to the pair of vertically pivotable lifting members whereby the pair of lifting pins engage a hole of a spool and the spool is lifted with the vertically pivotable lifting members by a drive system.
A CABLE DISPENSING ASSEMBLY
A cable dispensing vehicle comprising: a frame; at least one pair of ground contact wheels supporting the frame and for travelling over ground; opposed drum arms coupled to the frame for supporting a spindle for a drum of cable; and a cable shield fast with the frame and extending between a drum supported by the drum arms and the ground in use; wherein cable dispensed from an underside of the drum is shielded from the ground by the cable shield.

TRAILER
A trailer adapted to haul one or more reels for carrying conveyor belts is disclosed. The trailer includes a loading means to lift the reel on the deck of the trailer. The loading means includes two articulated arms located each side of the trailer, each articulated arm comprising a first elongate member and a second elongate member pivotally mounted to the first elongate member. The first elongate members are movable relative to the trailer between a retracted position and a rearwardly extended position. The second elongate members are pivotable between a horizontal position and an upright position wherein the second elongate members are orthogonal to the first elongate members. A hoist is disposed between the second elongate members and is operable to lift the reel from the support surface to an effective height greater than an effective height of the deck. Jacks are also provided to stabilise the loading means.
