When the extendable corral rails are extended the cross-rails are spaced from an exterior side of the livestock trailer, and when the extendable corral rails are retracted the cross-rail is positioned near an upright wall of the trailer. The deployable corral system optionally includes a manual deployment assist system to assist a user during deployment and stowage of the corral. Additional features may include a deployable shade awning, a deployable trough, and extendable vertical support stands.

A deployable corral system for any upright wall, including a wall of a transport trailer, provides a readily deployable corral along the trailer, and is readily stowable along the trailer in a retracted configuration for travel. A game animal processing apparatus includes a hoist having a horizontal arm and a cable. In a first operating mode, a first hook is raised vertically by pulling the cable. A second hook is located on the horizontal arm of the hoist. A game hanger includes a first hook connection that connects to the first hook such that pulling the cable vertically raises the game hanger towards the horizontal arm. A second hook connection connects to the second hook in order to hang the game hanger from the horizontal arm of the hoist. Lastly, the game hanger includes a pair of prongs that are each configured to support a portion of the game animal. The weight of the game animal may be entirely supported by the prongs when the game hanger is hung from the hoist via the second hook and second hook connection.

An animal-pen vehicle, a method for moving an animal-pen vehicle on a floor surface with bedding, and the use of an animal-pen vehicle in a poultry pen for poultry animals and/or in a pig pen is disclosed for the purposes of influencing positions at which poultry animals and/or pigs are residing. The animal-pen vehicle includes a substantially emissions-free drive, at least one movement unit which is coupled to the drive, wherein the movement unit is adapted to permit a movement of the animal-pen vehicle on the bedding, a position-determining device for determining a position of the animal-pen vehicle relative to animal-pen fixtures, and a control device for controlling the drive and for providing a predetermined travel profile, wherein the predetermined travel profile comprises at least one movement pattern and at least one preferential area that is to be travelled to within the poultry pen and/or pig pen.
