The results of therapy session are sent by the mobile provider to the insurance provider for payment and to the licensed health care professional.
MAINTENANCE CART WITH AIR FILTRATION
A maintenance/construction cart that facilitates wall and ceiling access while isolating the interior of the cart from the surrounding environment. The cart is configured such that its height can be easily adjusted by an operator to provide access to ceilings of different heights while maintaining the seal between the interior of the cart and the surrounding environment while structurally supporting a ladder leaning against a surface of the cart. In some embodiments, the cart includes an air filtration unit.

Shelving system
A shelving system for a motor vehicle has at least one shelf, which includes a base unit with a base element supported in a base position allocated to the base element on a support element and is mounted on a pivoting axis. The base element can be shifted around the axis out of the base position allocated to it into an access position allocated to the base element, in which the base element is raised by the at least one support element. A further base element is supported in a base position allocated to the further base element on the support element and is mounted on a further pivoting axis arranged on the side of the support element opposite the first pivoting axis. The further base element can be shifted into an access position, in which the further base element is raised by the support element.
REMOVABLE TOOL STORAGE COMPARTMENT
A removable and replaceable tool storage compartment apparatus including tool storage compartments and a compartment receiver. The tool storage compartments each include a frame, a plurality of panels coupled to the frame. A closure is configured to open and close an entrance to an inside of the tool storage compartment. The compartment receiver is configured to secure to a truck and support the tool storage compartment thereon. Lift mounts are coupled to the tool storage compartment and are used to remove the tool storage compartments from the truck. A lock arm is configured to lock the compartment receiver to secure the tool storage compartments to a bay to receive storage compartment to the truck.

Chassis Assembly for installation in a Bed of a Pickup Truck
An easily attachable and removable self-contained slide in storage, safety and warning light chassis assembly for use by the traffic control industry and others is described. The chassis assembly includes a bed portion that is built to slide into a pickup truck bed. Associated removable jacks can be used to raise and support the chassis while a truck is backed up under it, or where the jacks include castors, the assembly is rolled into the truck. Additionally, a safety platform portion is included on the rear portion of the chassis assembly, so that when installed it is disposed behind the bed of the truck for use in the placement and pickup of traffic control devises. The chassis assembly can be mounted securely to the factory hitch of truck as well as additional locations in the bed.
VEHICLE WITH CARPET CLEANING EQUIPMENT
A vehicle with a carpet cleaning system comprises a plurality of operational units mounted within the vehicle, including a blower pump unit, a vacuum recovery tank unit, a reel and tank unit, and an auxiliary tank unit. The operational units are mounted on a stainless steel mounting frame that defines zones for mounting each of the operational units. The mounting frame having attachment points that align each of the respective operational units which facilitates the initial assembly of the unit. The mounting frame is secured to the floor through a minimal number of opening extending through the floor. The operational units are secured with a multiplicity of threaded connectors to the frame. The separation of the individual operational units from direct attachment to the floor dramatically reduces corrosion of the vehicle and equipment, facilitates the initial assembly and minimizes maintenance and repairs.
