Mobile Refueling Vessel
A mobile vessel for refueling an engine or tank of a vehicle at a remote refueling site. A refueling station is mounted to the mobile vessel and includes a movable platform mounted to a generally horizontal deck. The platform is movable between a deployed position and a stowed position. In the deployed position the platform extends away from the deck to provide a floor for the worker to stand on to connect the fuel dispenser to the engine or tank. In the stowed position the movable platform is folded from the deployed position towards the generally horizontal deck.
Determining a change in volume of fluid added or removed from a vessel
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus (5) for determining a change in volume within a vessel (11) with regard to fluid (14) being added or removed from the vessel. The method involves measuring first and second surface levels (20, 20′) of fluid (14) within the vessel (11) (with regard to fluid being added or removed therefrom), first and second roll values (23, 23′) of the vessel, and first and second pitch values (26, 26′) of the vessel. From these measurements, and in conjunction with the known interior dimensions and known interior total volume of the vessel, there are calculated first and second fluid volumes that are compared to determine a change in fluid within the vessel.
TRUCK LOAD INFORMATION SYSTEM
A method and system for controlling a transfer of liquid from or to a transport vehicle uses a memory module on the vehicle to keep track of vehicle parameters. When a transfer request, having a plurality of transfer parameters, is received, transport vehicle parameters representative of a current condition of the transport vehicle are retrieved. The transfer parameters are compared to the transport vehicle parameters. The transfer proceeds as a result of determining that each comparison of a transfer parameter to a transport vehicle parameter is correct.
METHODS OF COMMUNICATING ASPECTS OF AG BASED OPERATIONS
The use of self-powered, autonomous vehicles in agricultural and other domestic applications is provided. The vehicles include a self-propelled drive system, tracks or wheels operatively connected to the drive system, a power supply operatively connected to the drive system, an attachment mechanism for attaching equipment to the vehicle, and an intelligent control operatively connected to the drive system, power supply, and attachment mechanism. The vehicle is configured to connect to the equipment to perform agricultural operations based upon the equipment. Multiple vehicles can be used in a field at the same time. Furthermore, the invention includes the ability to move one or more of the autonomous vehicles from field to field, home to field, or from generally any first location to a second location.

VEHICLE WITH CARPET CLEANING EQUIPMENT
A vehicle with a carpet cleaning system comprises a plurality of operational units mounted within the vehicle, including a blower pump unit, a vacuum recovery tank unit, a reel and tank unit, and an auxiliary tank unit. The operational units are mounted on a stainless steel mounting frame that defines zones for mounting each of the operational units. The mounting frame having attachment points that align each of the respective operational units which facilitates the initial assembly of the unit. The mounting frame is secured to the floor through a minimal number of opening extending through the floor. The operational units are secured with a multiplicity of threaded connectors to the frame. The separation of the individual operational units from direct attachment to the floor dramatically reduces corrosion of the vehicle and equipment, facilitates the initial assembly and minimizes maintenance and repairs.
DEVICE FOR STORING CRYOGENIC FLUID AND VEHICLE COMPRISING SUCH A DEVICE
A device for storing cryogenic fluid including a sealed internal shell delimiting the storage volume for the cryogenic fluid, a thermal insulation layer disposed around the internal shell, and a sealed external shell disposed around the insulation layer. The space between the internal shell and the external shell being under vacuum, the external shell resting on the periphery of the thermal insulation layer, and the thermal insulation layer having an insulating material of the “pressure-responsive” type. Also including a protective shell disposed around the external shell, and at least one supporting component having an end connected rigidly to the internal shell and a second end rigidly connected to the protective shell such that such that the assembly having the internal shell. The external shell and the thermal insulation layer under vacuum is suspended in the protective shell via the at least one supporting component.
Injection remediation systems and methods
This invention relates generally to injection remediation systems and methods. In one embodiment, an injection remediation system includes, but is not limited to, at least one reservoir configured to contain material; at least one load sensor supporting the at least one reservoir; at least one dosing pump operably coupled to the at least one reservoir and configured to controllably source the material; and at least one processor configured to determine an amount of the material sourced from the at least one reservoir based at least partly on weight information obtained from the at least one load sensor.
FREIGHT HANDLING APPARATUS FOR CARRIAGE OF LIQUID, SOLID AND/OR BULK GOODS
The application relates to carriage of goods by public roads. A freight handling apparatus includes a frame having a coupling mechanism for coupling to a motor vehicle, a container-carrying deck, a wheel suspension, an outer body in the form of a rectangular freight container, the inner space of the outer body being divided in horizontal direction by a plate to accommodate in the lower freight compartment a reusable tank with necessary control and measurement equipment, filling and drain fittings. The freight handling apparatus simplifies and secures its transportation on roads as much as possible by lowering the center of gravity and arrangement of the center of gravity of the tank close to the axis of the vehicle carrying the apparatus, facilitates maintenance and inspection of the tank without removing it from the frame, and makes easier loading and unloading of goods.
Hose over pull protection
System and method for providing a warning to a driver when a tanker truck is in a potential hose drive-off situation. The system and method are designed to detect when a hose or other conduit is in close proximity or attached to the tanker truck and alert the driver. This hose drive-off warning system and method may also physically prevent the vehicle from driving away in some embodiments while the hose or other conduit is still attached to the vehicle.
