The embodiments disclose a method including securing a trailer visor to a camping trailer forming a water proof and fire retardant awning for providing cover from sun and rain in proximity of a camping trailer door, connecting the trailer visor to the camping trailer using a trailer visor main body coupled PVC cord and camping trailer structure coupled PVC rail, supporting the trailer visor using a fiberglass pole coupled to the trailer visor and at least one main structure support pole coupled to the camping trailer structure using at least one pole pocket/insertion points and the trailer visor, stabilizing the trailer visor using at least one guyline coupled to the camping trailer structure and the trailer visor main body, and integrating at least one electronic component to the trailer visor for providing exterior lighting and exterior camera viewing using a digital trailer visor application installed on a user digital device.
Systems and methods for egress from a motor home
An emergency exit door assembly for a vehicle. The door assembly can include a door panel that is movably coupled to the wall of the vehicle. The door panel can have an inner surface and an outer surface. The door panel can be configured for selective movement between a closed position and an open position in which an opening within the wall is exposed. A headboard component can be incorporated into the door panel, and a bed pedestal within the vehicle can be positioned in proximity to the headboard component when the door panel is in a closed position.
MOBILE HOME SYSTEM
A mobile home system is provided having: a trailer having a chassis and tongue, at least one axle, and providing a trailer platform. A mobile home structure is secured to the trailer. The structure having a laminate floor portion; a roof portion with a ridge beam, and rafters extending away from the ridge beam, and bottom plates positioned at each end of the rafters; and a wall portion positioned between the floor portion and the roof portion. The wall portion has at least one wall with a top plate, a sill plate and studs extended therebetween, and internal sheathing panels. Each stud providing at least one tenon on an internal face; and each interior sheathing panel applied to the interior edge face of the plurality of studs, with each interior sheathing pane having a plurality of mortises configured to receive one of the tenons of each stud, to form a mortise-tenon connection, such that the interior sheathing panel is secured to the inside edge of the studs, and urge the wall into square alignment, while providing structural reinforcement to the wall.
