AWNING APPARATUS
An awning arm assembly is provided that includes inner and outer arms. A joint is provided that has an axle, e.g., any structure about which rotation can be provided coupled with one of the inner arm and the outer arm and a hollow body disposed about the axle. The hollow-body is coupled with the other of the inner arm and the outer arm. The hollow body is coupled with the axle such that when the outer arm moves relative to the inner arm the angle between the hollow body and the axle (and thereby the inner and outer arms) is adjusted.

Portable living structure and assembly
The present invention comprises a self-contained mobile living space that mimics the amenities of an entire residential property in order to affordably house individuals, particularly in urban environments. All living necessities are fused into one micro-living platform, independent of access to existing structures, land space, electricity, or sewage hookups, allowing landowners to rent out space with limited effort. The wheeled foundation allows the assembly to circumvent some of the existing urban building codes. In preferred embodiments, the various elements are configured in such a way that separate areas for sleeping, leisure, bathing, cooking, and gardening can be had atop a single compact space, with the use of exterior space maximized to heighten the sense of spatial availability for the occupant. The invention provides a new alternative for affordable urban housing, exploiting available residential land without the expense, permitting, or effort associated with permanent construction on a non-portable foundation.

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR TRACTOR TRAILERS
A system is disclosed for conducting energy from a refrigeration trailer to a truck for controlling temperature in the truck. The system comprises a refrigeration unit coupled to the trailer for cooling a first chamber of the trailer. The refrigeration unit has a first heat exchanger configured to cool a fluid. A second heat exchanger is disposed in a second chamber and is in fluid communication with the first heat exchanger in a coolant loop. An air moving device in the second chamber is operable to convey cold air from about the second heat exchanger to cool the second chamber (e.g., a truck cabin). A heater can provide heat for conveying into the second chamber. A power source in the refrigeration unit can power the air moving device and the heater, and other electronic devices associated with the truck. Associated methods are provided.
DEPLOYABLE CONTAINERS, SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DEPLOYING CONTAINERS
The present disclosure relates to shipping and storage containers. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to shipping and storage containers, which are traditionally stationary, converted to easily-portable containers. More specifically, the portable containers include a deployable/retractable landing/moving apparatus, a removable tow bar assembly, and leveling support systems. The portable containers can have many uses including as temporary to permanent housing, office space, and school rooms, or to house equipment for use in mobile telecommunication networks and systems, including cellular towers that can be set-up in both permanent and temporary locations.
Vehicle and System for Conflict De-Escalation
A specialized vehicle is provided to assist conflict resolution personnel in controlling unique incidents involving a mentally challenged, drug controlled, handicapped or other incapacitated, irrational or unpredictable individual. The vehicle is specially designed and equipped to provide a controlled environment where the individual can be directly dealt with in a calming and soothing manner, while also monitoring a control perimeter about the vehicle and communicating with people outside the vehicle about a particular incident, thereby assisting in de-escalating a potentially volatile situation. In association with de-escalating, one or more computer and/or cellphone app portals are established to provide people with incident related information.
AUTO CLOSING DEVICE FOR RV SCREEN DOORS SYSTEM
A combination of a recreation vehicle, a screen door having an access panel, and a tool for enabling opening and closing of the access panel of the screen door. The tool includes a strap member assembly having a first end including a first flat-hooked member that hooks onto a left edge of the access panel, a deformable strap having a proximate end and a distal end, and a second end having a second flat-hooked member that hooks onto a frame portion of the access panel. When in use the strap member assembly enables movement of the screen door access panel between an open position to allow a person to pass their hand and arm therethrough and a closed position to prevent bugs and debris from entering into the recreation vehicle.

MODULAR SYSTEM FOR A ROOM, FOR A LIVING, WORK OR STORAGE AREA, OR FOR OTHER THREE-DIMENSIONAL SPACES
A modular flooring system comprises a modular floor surface and a plurality of stackable, three-dimensional modular interior design components (MIDCs). The modular floor surface can comprise an array of discrete, raised, low-profile, receiving panels that can be rectangular in shape. MIDCs can be securely and interchangeably placed on any group of one or more adjacent unoccupied receiving panel and they can also be stackable, such that various different floor layouts can be created. Each of the MIDCs may comprise a lower surface recess that fits over a group of one or more adjacent raised receiving panels. A first MIDC may have an raised lip on a top surface such that the lower surface recess of a second MIDC fits over, separately and interchangeably, one (or more) of the raised receiving panels and the raised lip on the top surface of the first MIDC. The MIDCs can comprise a storage cube MIDC (square or rectangular cube) as well as specialized MIDCs, such as a commode MIDC, a sink MIDC, a cooler MIDC, and a tile MIDC, etc. In such a manner, a user of the modular flooring system could locate the MIDCs on the floor surface and/or stack them to configure a preferred layout. Moreover, the MIDCs could be rearranged later to design a new layout.
