A heater system for an LED light assembly having a lens includes a flexible composite positioned around an outer surface of the lens. The flexible composite includes a polymer base layer, a plurality of conductive buses provided on the base layer, and a resistive layer electrically connecting the plurality of buses to form a circuit. The resistive layer includes conductor particles dispersed in a polymer matrix. The resistive layer has a crystalline first condition prior to applying electricity to one of the buses and an amorphous second condition in response to applying electricity to one of the buses.

The curved portion has a curvature increasing toward a lower side of the vehicle. A protruding portion protruding toward the vehicle-width-direction outer side as going to a rear of the vehicle is provided at a front portion of the curved portion.

The outer flange includes at least one opening forming a decorative element, and the insert is configured for engagement with the plurality of retainers to thereby secure the insert in generally parallel relation to the outer flange adjacent to the decorative element.

Tailgate guide bumper of a vehicle

A tailgate guide bumper is to be installed between a tailgate that opens to a rear of a vehicle and a vehicle body of the vehicle to support the tailgate in a widthwise direction of the vehicle. The tailgate guide bumper includes a guide bumper member fastened to one side of the tailgate and a guide bumper supporting part configured to be in contact with the guide bumper member when the tailgate is closed to support load applied in a widthwise direction of the tailgate. The guide bumper member and the guide bumper supporting part are installed to be adjacent to a lamp installed at the rear of the vehicle.

Thus, the lens can be made visible not only from the vehicular lateral side but from the vehicular front side.

For example, the present technique can be applied to a vehicle control apparatus.
