A medical control device includes: a driving mode switch configured to switch a driving mode of a rolling shutter type image sensor in which a plurality of pixels are two-dimensionally arrayed in units of horizontal lines; and a dimming controller configured to control a light emitting element configured to emit light according to a supplied current, and switch control of the light emitting element according to the driving mode.

INSPECTION ANALYSIS METHOD AND INSPECTION ANALYSIS SYSTEM
20230009448 · 2023-01-12 · ·

An inspection analysis method includes an analysis step, a prediction step, and an output step. A processor analyzes inspection information related to an operation in an inspection and generates first operation data and second operation data indicating a content of the operation in the analysis step. The first operation data indicate a content of the operation in a first inspection. The second operation data indicate a content of the operation in a second inspection performed after the first inspection is completed. The processor compares the first operation data and the second operation data with each other and predicts a state of an inspection target in the prediction step. The processor outputs state information indicating the state to a reporting device in the output step.

The present invention is generally directed toward a laryngoscope having a handle, a rigid tube, and an optical subassembly. The handle has a distal end and a proximate end. The tube is hollow and also has a distal end having a distal opening and a proximate end having a proximate opening. The optical subassembly may include a light source located within the handle, a power source located within the handle and in communication with the light source and a light carrier extending between the handle and the tube and in communication with the light source and providing light inside and along the entire length of the tube.

FLUOROPHORE IMAGING DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS FOR AN ENDOSCOPIC PROCEDURE

Fluorescent imaging systems for performing an endoscopic procedure, such as a retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) procedure may include a first light source for emitting light in the visible spectrum, or light in the near infrared (NIR) spectrum, or both. A light source bandpass filter may block the emitted light in the visible spectrum, or in the NIR spectrum, or both. A first sensor may be capable of detecting the light in the visible spectrum, or the light in the NIR spectrum, or both. A sensor bandpass filter may block the detected light in the visible spectrum, or in the NIR spectrum, or both. The first or a second light source, or the first or a second sensor, or combinations thereof, may be removably disposed on a duodenoscope.

An insertion part of an endoscope and an insertion part of a treatment tool, which are inserted in an outer tube, can be synchronously moved in the axial direction, and, even when the insertion part of the treatment tool is slightly moved in the axial direction, an excellent endoscopic image without shake is obtained. When a treatment tool of an endoscopic surgery device moves by a displacement amount over an allowance amount, an endoscope moves in interlock with the movement of the treatment tool. Moreover, the treatment tool 50 moves in the axial direction with the allowance amount t with respect to the endoscope 10. Therefore, when the treatment tool is moved by a displacement amount of allowance amount or less, the endoscope does not move. By providing such allowance amount, slight movement of the treatment tool is not transmitted to the endoscope.
