There are disclosed video systems and methods that use a camera in a lamp housing for a tractor-trailer. Within the housing is an electrical subsystem with a PLC interface and an electrical connector disposed outside the housing and adapted to connect to the trailer and draw power therefrom. A lamp mounted in the housing is connected and adapted to draw power through the electrical subsystem and emit light through a cover of the housing. The camera mounted in the housing has a field of view through the cover. The camera is connected and adapted to draw power through the electrical subsystem and to capture images through the cover and is further connected to the PLC interface. The PLC interface converts data from the camera and transmits the converted data through the electrical connector to the trailer.

A flexible, sheet-like, multi-layered lighting assembly for applying to a surface. The lighting assembly includes an on-board power source for powering the lighting assembly. The lighting assembly includes a sheet-like electroluminescent light source that is activated by power from the power source, and when activated, emits light. The power source may include a flexible thin sheet-like battery, a wireless power receiver, or a combination thereof. The wireless power receiver may receive power from a power signal generated by a wireless power transmitter; and may operate to directly power the electroluminescent light source, or may recharge the battery. The lighting assembly includes outer and inner polymer layers for protecting the other layers of the lighting assembly, and an adhesive layer on the inner polymer layer for adhering the lighting assembly to a surface.

A regulating assembly for a light source and a lighting and/or signaling device, an adjusting device, a lighting device and a motor vehicle, a bezel device, and a gas guiding device and a lighting and/or signaling device containing the same are provided in the present disclosure. The regulating assembly and the adjusting device are used to adjust the lighting and/or signaling module in the lighting device provided in the housing of the lighting device. The bezel device and the gas guiding device may be used for the lighting and/or signaling device. The regulating assembly comprises a supporting frame coupled in a displaceable manner to the light source, a fixed regulating portion which is rotatable, and horizontal and vertical regulating portions in a form of a ball-headed screw-thread part. The adjusting device includes an adjusting screw, a slider and a base; and the bezel device includes a top bezel having a flat plate-like body and a main bezel including a first bezel and a second bezel. The gas guiding device comprises a gas channel and a flow guiding component for guiding an air flow through one or more readily condensable locations of the lighting and/or signaling device.
